Lakewood National is a fully gated community that has 2 Arnold Palmer championship golf courses, a full-service spa, state of the art fitness center, lighted clay tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce courts and best of all a lagoon pool with causal poolside dining, and Tiki bar. Newly opened as of May 2023 is the full-service upscale seated restaurant.
Our Veranda is a first floor 2-bedroom 2 Bath with a Den that sleeps 6. Features a spacious master suite with Queen size bed, TV, a walk-in closet, and master bath with large vanity and walk in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV, and a large closet. There is a den with a queen size sleeper sofa and desk. The kitchen features all new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, and a dinette area that overlooks the golf course. The Living room has an open concept to the kitchen and features a 65" QLED TV. If you prefer the outdoors you can relax on the private screened front or back lanai, both feature seating. There is a 1 car detached garage. Our home also features washer, dryer, Free Wi-Fi, extra linens, 2 bikes, fully equipped kitchen, and beach towels.
Guest access: Guests will have exclusive access to our condo. In addition with the membership transfer (member, spouse and children under 21) will have access to many amenities, including golf ( minimal fee for cart and fee for member) resort-style pools, tiki bar, fitness, spa, full service seated restaurant, and car transponder (for security gate).
If you leave the community Lakewood Ranch includes over 150 miles of nature preserves with wildlife, sidewalks, bike trails, parks and lakes. The beaches which are in close proximity are Anna Maria Island, Siesta and Longboat Keys as well as Siesta Key beach which is a quick 20-minute drive away!
