Welcome to Bali Poolside! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. This three-bedroom, one-bath, pool home is located in the sought-after Sarasota, Florida.

Located less than 10 miles from the world-famous St Armand's Circle and Siesta Key Beach this home is all about location and comfort! Conveniently located near great restaurants and I-75. Family-friendly Urfer Park is nearby with exciting hiking trails, outdoor fitness equipment, and fishing ponds.

Upon entry, you will notice the bright and airy atmosphere. The living room offers a comfortable L-shaped couch, a cozy chair, and a smart TV ready for you to log in to all your favorite apps. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen offers quality stainless appliances, an island, barstool seating, and all you need to prepare your favorite meals and treats. The dining area is modernly decorated boasting two workstations overlooking the pool and an attractive dining room table to accommodate four comfortably.

The first bedroom offers a full-size bed and a seating area. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, seating, and plenty of space for all your personal belongings. The third bedroom offers twin-size bunk beds with a trundle bed.

Beautiful French doors lead to a carefully maintained, free-shaped sparkling pool, with ample outdoor seating to host your next get-together. The open Florida room/lanai is a welcome spot for days with the family poolside. There is a generous parking area alongside this home and can accommodate an RV. The property is completely fenced for additional privacy, as well.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No pets. Pool Heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per dat + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

The location of the property and its amenities were perfect for our needs. We found the kitchen particularly well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the morning while reading and enjoying our coffee.It was very clean. We would stay there again.

The place was great, extremely clean, quiet but close enough to groceries, mall, beaches and walking distance to a beautiful park and walking trails. The customer service was excellent, every day they checked on us and wanted to know how we were doing. Hiro and Carlos did that. I had questions the first day and a lady answered all my questions and went out of the way to help us. I give the place a 5. Excellent all around.

Perfect home for our needs!

We were a bit nervous before our arrival because the price was almost too good to be true; however, we were very happy to see that the home was as shown in the listing! The location was ideal for us while being in Sarasota for our son to participate in the US Rowing Youth Nationals at nearby Nathan Benderson Park. It was a short distance to the area beaches and shopping. The beds were comfy and the pool was nice and private and terrific to come home to! Great communication from the property management company. We would stay again if ever in the Sarasota area.

The pictures were just what we expected. The neighborhood was quiet & close to the nearby boat ramp. We did have an issue on checkin with entering as the key provided opened one of two locks. The property manager was prompt. They coordinated getting a lock smith over within 2 hours. The communication made the situation an overall good experience. Great price for location

A nice stay

Overall the property was advertised. A little disappointed there was only one tv as we are accustomed to TV's in bedrooms. The only other negative was that on the day before and day of check out, a roofing crew began working on the roof. It would have been nice if they could have scheduled that around the time when renters weren't occupying the property.

Looks can be deceiving!

First lets start with the pool. The pool paint was chipping all over. There was algae growing in the pool. The lanai screen was ripped in multiple places. In adequate lighting in the pool area. Inside- the master bed sheets had semen stains. I had to wash the sheets the first night. The couch/sofa had stains all over. When I talked to the lady Thursday about the pool she never called me back even after I called a second time. Overall after booking 6 months advanced this property should have been in tip top shape.
