About this property

La Halte Cancalaise is a new house, in a quiet area, which offers all the comfort to spend pleasant holidays with family or friends. Located in a housing estate, in a dead end street, La Halte Cancalaise is ideally placed to visit Cancale and its surroundings.

The house is composed of :
- Day area: the house has a beautiful living room with a modern open kitchen. This vast living space is bathed in light thanks to two large bay windows that allow direct access to the two terraces that this house offers. The south-facing terrace is ideal for lunch, while the west-facing terrace is perfect for sipping a drink while watching the sun set.
- Sleeping area: La Halte Cancalaise has 3 bedrooms, all of which are equipped with storage space: one is located on the ground floor and has a Japanese decoration for a peaceful night's sleep. This room has a private bathroom with shower. The other 2 rooms are comfortably installed on the first floor, each with its own atmosphere: one in harmony with its antique furniture, the other warm with its rattan furniture. They share a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
- The exterior: the 350 m2 garden is not fenced. The house has just been built and the plants have not yet had time to grow. You can enjoy 2 terraces where wooden screens have been installed for a little more privacy.

To know :
Optional linen: 18 € / pers. The linen kit includes bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel per person. Remember to bring your tea towels. If the option is taken, please let us know at least 15 days before arrival (if possible).
A deposit of 300 € is required.
No noise after 10 pm
Arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible with a supplement of 40 € to be paid on arrival. We do not welcome guests after midnight
