Full renovation completed in November 2024. This beautiful townhouse has a perfect location in Truman Annex. Truman Annex is an exclusive gated community within Old Town Key West. Coastal Soul is within walking distance to anything you will want to do...dining, music, bars , shopping, art galleries and more.
Coastal Soul is two story townhouse. The entrance to the main level contains a covered front porch with table and chairs for two. The front door from this porch provides access to the main level which is the living area. The living area contains a fully equipped kitchen with ceiling fan, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, glasses and silverware. This level also includes a half bathroom, a dining area and living room (with a ceiling fan) and an entertainment center with a 55” flatscreen television. Double French doors from the living room open to the tropical rear yard containing a spacious deck with a table and seating for four. The community pool is just steps from the rear yard gate. The second floor level has two bedrooms and a 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, has a vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan, an over sized closet as well as a television. French doors from the master bedroom lead to your own private balcony. The en suite bathroom contains a shower, a vanity complete with amenities such as a blow dryer, soap and towels. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway & is a great amenity for guests. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a closet as well as its own entrance to a private full bathroom. The townhouse has central air conditioning. There are also 2 beach chairs for your use. This unit also has a dedicated off street private parking space.(please see added information for maximum size vehicle in parking info)The townhouse is also a short walk to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park (best beach in Key West) and Waterfront Park. Truman Annex is the perfect spot to enjoy all that Key West has to offer. Walking distance to shops, bars, and the pier. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped; Debbie has thought of everything you could possibly need; she is the best hostess I’ve encountered to date with VRBO. I use VRBO for many vacations. I will be returning to Coastal Soul.

Amazing townhouse condo in a lovely area of Key West. Great location. Quiet area yet walkable to all the action. The owner Deb was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and activities in Key West. She also gave very specific instructions for check in and parking, and made sure all went smoothly for us! The condo itself is beautiful. Would definitely book this again!

Great rental, great hosts!

This rental was perfect! We were there for a music festival, and it was a great layout, close to everything, and Debbie was great with communications and suggestions. The property was also stocked way beyond what most rentals we stay in are, and it was so nice to not have to buy the tiniest bottles of everyday things like dish soap, or to have to do laundry every day because each bathroom had one towel. 10/10 would stay again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely beautiful, sparkling clean, newly renovated property. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful location

Not only is this a beautiful property the location is fantastic! We didn't us our Vehicle for 4 days, everything we needed to do in Key West was so walkable, and plenty of places to eat out! The shared Pool is an added bonus and found ourselves to only folk using it most of the time. Parking is perfect for one vehicle, very safe and close to the rear of the property. Exceptionally clean and well presented accommodation, we wouldn't hesitate to rebook if we're in Key West again.

The property was recently renovated and it shows. The townhouse is a night and day difference from when I rented back in 2021. I am very impressed with the changes that were made with the new kitchen and added bathroom. Debbie reached out to me about check-in procedures and to see if there was anything that I may need before our arrival. If there were any issues I may of had, Debbie was very easily available to answer any questions. Its nice to have a home owner that is genuinely interested in their guests.My wife and I try to stay in Truman Annex yearly and Coastal Soul is by far the best place I've had the pleasure to stay in. The location is great as you're in walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and bars. Truman Annex is a great area to stay. Every year we come down, we happen to run into people we've seen the previous year. It has a feel of a home away from home. I will definitely rent Coastal Soul in the future. Thank you Debbie for the opportunity to rent this beautiful house.

Gem of Truman Annex

Quite honestly one of THE best locations in Truman Annex. Step outside and you can practically see Green Parrot. Debbie was meticulous with her check-in instructions which made our arrival very smooth. We did have a little trouble with the Nest thermostat during the week but Debbie was quick to reset it for us after which all was good. The property and our stay was perfect and highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of spending 8 days in Costal Soul and we couldn’t asked for any better. Check in very simple. Location was exceptional, loved the heated pool. The townhouse it self was exceptional well taken care of, clean and had so many extra’s you would not expect. All the appliances including washer /dryer were new high end quality. Furniture was comfortable and beds were amazingly comfortable. The owner is fantastic any questions or concerns her response time is extremely fast. This by far was one of our best vacations to Key West we cannot wait to come back to Costal Soul🌴😎🍹

Perfect Location in town

We had never been to Key West, and, while we enjoyed our time away from the icy north, we found that it's not our "cup of tea." The waterfront area is crowded and terribly noisy. Truman Annex is really the best area in which to rent....you can easily walk anywhere....and it's quite pretty. The pool was excellent on the few days in January it was warm enough to swim. We enjoyed 4 or 5 very good restaurants. That said, there were several disappointments. We arrived in the dark and had difficulty seeing the numbers on the lock box and opening it. The meager glassware collection in the kitchen was truly astonishing.......and annoying; there were not more than 2 or 3 of anything. The coffee pot is a 3-cup one that didn't fill 2 mugs. One of the comfortable dining chairs is missing and the replacement is a rattan one. The sheets were somewhat worn and the extra blanket in the MBR closet was literally in shreds. There is no drying rack for wet bathing suits or hand laundry. Debbie is easy to work with and very personable. She answered all our calls immediately and was kindly willing to let us stay an extra day in the event our plane was cancelled due to the blizzard. All in all, it was a nice vacation, but not one we would repeat.

Perfect Key West Location

This property cute, clean, comfortable, and convenient. The location is perfect. Easy access to Duval St. A block from the bus stop that will carry you to anyplace in the old town. A short walk to the State park, The fort and Beach. Steps to the pool. The town home is clean and Fresh and Quiet and has all kinds of things to make your stay comfortable and fun. Beach Chairs, games, books, TVs, Noodles, Kitchen everything. The Host is a Peach, helpful at every step. Super Patio and comfy front Porch, and convenient Parking. The furniture and beds are comfortable. Nice to have a laundy in the unit too.

Wonderful property in a wonderful neighborhood.

Our stay at this property was by far one of the best I have had anywhere. The property was clean, well maintained and the owner was extremely responsive to any questions we may have had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay on Key West
