The spacious living room features a comfy sofa, where you can relax and a dining table. The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space.

This space has also a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric plate, oven, microwave, and coffee machine among other utilities for your use.

With plenty of light and with a warm ambience, the bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. It also has a wardrobe and a working desk.

Last but not less important, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Our apartment is a charming street in the eclectic 20th arrondissement of Paris. It's home to a variety of attractions, including the popular La Villette, Belleville Park, and Cirque d'Hiver Bouglione. The City of Science and Industry is also just a few minutes' walk away. The street is well-known for its lively restaurants and bars, including La Bellevilloise and Le Perchoir.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
