NOTE: Samaria beach club requires the purchase of a bracelet at the moment of check-in with the building front desk. The cost of the bracelet is $50.000 COP/per person (approximately $15 USD) for guests 5 years of age and older. This must be worn during your stay to access all the common areas of the building complex.

TAYRONA NATIONAL NATURAL PARK: a is a magical slice of Colombia's Caribbean coast, with stunning stretches of golden sandy beach backed by coconut palms and thick rainforest. Behind it all rise the steep hillsides of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the world's highest coastal mountain range. The park stretches along the coast from the Bahía de Taganga near Santa Marta to the mouth of the Río Piedras, 35km east, and covers some 12,000 hectares of land and 3000 hectares of coral-rich sea.
PLAYA BLANCA: Playa Blanca is about as good as it gets. THE LOST CITY: The Lost City, or Ciudad Perdida, is the archaeological site of an ancient indigenous city in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Hidden in the jungle for over a thousand years, the Lost City was found in 1972 when treasure hunters followed a series of stone steps leading up to an abandoned city. The nearly 30 mile trek takes visitors through farmland and jungle on an unforgettable six-day journey. Part of the adventure includes trekking over mountains filled with exotic plants and animals, climbing stone paths through dense jungle, bathing in waterfalls and sleeping in indigenous villages.
PARQUE DE LOS NOVIOS: The Parque de los Novios is located a few blocks inland from the beach in the center of Santa Marta. It is close to the Historic Center of the city. Look for many interesting attractions around the park, including churches, colonial buildings and the International Marina. Simón Bolívar Park is several blocks north of the area. The plaza is a hub of activity and entertainment. Let the kids play in the fountains around the statue. Prepare yourself for a random burst of salsa dancing or a fire performance by a street performer. Many of the restaurants’ outdoor seating areas spill into the park, which generates a communal atmosphere.
