We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Limerzel, this charming house of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 28 m², equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 104 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space:
- A living room of 28 m² with sofa bed, TV and fireplace.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
Night space:
- Bedroom 1, upstairs: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2, upstairs: two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and towel dryer
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A closed garden with trees of 104 m².
- A terrace of 25m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Limerzel, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential stores but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, marina...

Activities :
- The zoological park of Branféré is located at 9km by car
- Rochefort en terre : Contemplate its ramparts, its castle and its old houses ! Beautifully flowered, the city is animated all year long by pretty stores, galleries and art craftsmen's stalls. Located at 13km by car
- Artisans of various trades and these Christmas illuminations in December
- La Roche Bernard: Strolling along the quay, you can access the site of the rock, a place full of history. Located at 14km by car
- Vannes 30 minutes by car
- Nantes 55 minutes by car
- La Gacilly 35 minutes by car

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Questembert station located at about 13km (15 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Nantes airport 85km away (1 hour by car)
