About this property

The Rove at L5: a destination to wander. Ignite the senses in nature, engage in fellowship and carve out memories while you rove away from the normal day to day.

Created as a space to gather the four buildings are nestled together with the pool and multi-sport court in the middle of the houses. The fire pit and open lawn provide space to relax and play all while taking in uninterrupted views of the private 22 acre lake.

:Accommodations:
Pool-house: (next to the pool)
Offers an open concept with a full kitchen, living room and dining room. In addition to the living space downstairs there is a king bedroom and a full bathroom with shower and a full laundry room. Upstairs offers one room with two twin beds and one room with 2 queen beds.

The East House: (next to the poolhouse)
Provides an open living/kitchen/dining room and 4 bedrooms. The Master with a king size bed has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and separate vanity area. Shared suites E1 and E2 both have 2 twin beds and the shared bath has a two sink vanity with a large tub/shower combo. The bunk room has two built in twin beds with a trundle. The hall bath provides an open vanity area with a private water closet and a large shower.

The West House: (across the court from the East House)
Provides an open living/kitchen/dining room and 4 bedrooms. The Master with a king size bed has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and separate vanity area. Shared suites W1 and W2 both have 2 twin beds and the shared bath has a two sink vanity with a large tub/shower combo. The bunk room has two built in twin beds with a trundle. The hall bath provides an open vanity area with a private water closet and a large shower.

Party Garage:
Large space on the other side of the pool from the pool-house. It has a foosball table, ping-pong, darts, a sitting area, a full-size refrigerator with bar area and a closet with other outside toys/games and pool toys. Open all the roll up doors to connect with the outdoors or keep them closed to stay out of the elements.

Awesome Time

We had 18 older women who spent the weekend enjoying our friendship, Bible study and games and food. Bunks were a lit too hard for our group but we made do. Location, houses and property were superb.

Great Stay!

Spent a weekend away celebrating Christmas with 16 family members at The Rove! Plenty of space for sleeping and fun! Absolutely perfect place for a big group! We plan to be back!

Perfect for family reunion

We enjoyed our stay very much. We rented this place because it was close to the Venue where our two kids had their double wedding. The place provided a perfect place for our family reunion as well and had enough room for everyone. We had some plumbing problem at the pool house but communication with the host was quick. The party house was big enough and was perfect for our meet and greet with our blended family cookout. Our your adult children enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball and some played basketball and had a wonderful time. We had to buy firewoods and had some s’mores outdoor. HEB grocery is not too far for any grocery needs. They have mostly everything in that store. Everything was provided (would have loved some bigger pots though for cooking and lids that fit some pots) but the main thing was we all had a wonderful time. I recommend this place to anyone!

Picture Perfect!

Finding a place to house 26+ people is a challenge but this place is spot on!! Kids had acres to run and romp on. Basketball court provided hours of entertainment ! Host is first rate and very accessible. If you are going to cook for large group at the property you might bring a couple big pots. Lots of stove and oven space and fridges!! Perfect for our large family reunion!!
