Only 250 sq ft with everything you need: 1 bed, 1 bath, kitchenette (NO range), hot plate for (boil/fry) microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, WASHER, DRYER, high speed WIFI , Smart TV with Roku/ Netflix .Although there are other guests in the main house, you'll have complete privacy with your fenced yard.. Perfect option for 1 person or traveling professional.
