Family gîtes 2km from the beach - Gîte n°3

Our cottages are located in an old farmhouse between the village of Plonévez-Porzay and the beach of Saint-Anne-la-Palud.

Three four-person cottages have been set up in the farmhouses. Cottage number 3 is separate from the other cottages and has a private outdoor space.

In gîte number 3, you will find on the ground floor a living room with an open kitchen, a dining table and a lounge area, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs, an attic bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. On the mezzanine at the entrance to the bedroom, a third single bed allows for an additional bed.
The staircase leading to the ground floor is quite steep, a safety gate is installed for young children.

Around the cottages, a large garden is at your disposal. You will find, for each cottage, tables, chairs, armchairs and parasols. At the entrance to the garden, a hut and swings are installed in large hundred-year-old trees. A vast meadow extends around the buildings. You will also have access to ping-pong tables and a badminton net, installed in the shelter of the old stable.

Less than 5 minutes by car, you can go to the beach of Saint-Anne-la-Palud on one side, and to the village of Plonévez-Porzay on the other. The beach of Saint-Anne-la-Palud offers large areas for walking on the sand or in the dunes, and offers a supervised swimming area. In the village, you will find many shops (mini-market, bakeries, butcher, café, tobacconist/newspapers...), as well as a market on Sunday mornings.

Our cottages being located in the heart of the Bay of Douarnenez, you can discover the different beaches of the Bay, walk on the coastal path, walk in the natural sites of the Crozon Peninsula and the Pointe du Raz, visit the historic village of Locronan and the cities of Douarnenez, Quimper, Camaret, Concarneau...


Each cottage has wifi access. The cottages do not have a television.

Pets are not allowed.

Bed linen is provided at no extra cost. Hand and beach towels are not provided. Towels can be provided exceptionally at a rate of 10 euros per towel for the stay.

The cottages do not have a washing machine. We provide you with our washing machine (9kg) (5 euros per machine).
Self-service washing machines are also available in the town of Plonévez-Porzay.

Cleaning fees are not included in the rental price.
When you arrive, you will find a clean and tidy accommodation.
When you leave, you will have the choice:
- Cleaning up and cleaning to give us back the place as you found it.
- Do not clean. We will then ask you to return the tidy premises to us and pay us 60 euros in cleaning fees.
