Would not recommend

We checked in on sunday, very exausted from driving with kids. Only to find out all four tvs did not work. It was 2 adults and SIX kids. Customer service was very rude. They did not fix the tv until the next day. When we went to cook the next day we noticed all of the dishes , cups, and plates had left over food on them from the previous family. Vacumes did not work to clean up. We left the place how we found it, even better because I bought a broom to sweep the unit and we washed all the sheets, only to have a very rude person janet call us back and didnt apologize for any of the complaints, said it wasnt there fault but the owner. I was confused because we did not rent from the owner. We come to myrtle beach 4 times a year and we like to stay at different places. Only good thing about this place was one of our neighbors was very nice and welcoming. Tvs are old, wallpaper is old. Nothing is up to date. I am still very upset and offended by customer service rep janet who ruined the ending of our trip.

Great Vacation

The property was amazing overall! We had a great time. But important to note: The porch did smell like dog pee and inside there was a damp pet smell. Two important items were missing for us, pot holders and a dish rag. The carpet probably need’s removed because it’s old and impossible to get or keep clean at beach…Don’t forget your own dishwasher tabs, dish soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, etc. This place was actually great and affordable overall, but is not crisp and new. Great location, pools, etc. I bought a can of Lysol and sprayed the carpet, etc. Very spacious and a great workout climbing the 2 flights of stairs, close to both pools and close to the beach! Perfect for a large family, kids, etc. We also cooked in daily in the kitchen.

The rental management was very friendly the place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked and for the price it was well worth it we will be going back again.
