Belle villa dans l ensemble
Deux mauvais points cependant Dommage que les chiens du voisin aboient la nuit et surtout un proprietaire extrêmement envahissant, n hesitant pas a passer en votre abscence et vous note ses remarques. Rentre dans les chambres même s il elles sont occupées....c est extrêmement gênant.

Madame bonjour,
De passage le matin pour l'entretien de la piscine comme convenu dans le contrat de location, j'ai constaté que vous étiez parti en laissant toute la maison ouverte, porte, fenêtres, que la clim fonctionnait, et le bruit de l'eau coulant dans la baignoire, m'a demandé de rentrer dans la villa pour tout fermer et remettre en ordre. Il me semble que vous devriez plutôt remercier ma vigilance que de me traiter d'envahissant..... Quant à la visite exceptionnelle d'une agence immobilière, vous m'aviez autorisé à la réaliser. Vous avez oublié de mentionner que vous étiez très contente pour les courses alimentaires que j'ai pu réaliser pour votre arrivée tardive le Dimanche soir.

Belle maison idéale pour les vacances
Maison conforme aux attentes, spacieuse, bien équipée avec une vue extraordinaire sur la mer.
Baignée de lumière, on profite largement de l'ensoleillement avec une piscine agréable.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'enplacement entre Le Gosier et Sainte Anne, juste au dessus de la plage de la Saline (spot de kitesurf), au calme à l'écart des zones de concentrations touristiques . A souligner aussi la disponibilité et la gentillesse du propriétaire.
Nous reprendrions la même maison si nous devions retourner à la Guadeloupe.

une satisfaction totale!!!
Dès que nous sommes arrivés,nous avons étés accueillis par le propriétaire Mr TAVERNE qui a été charmant et à l'écoute pendant tout le
séjour!La maison est très jolie,très bien entretenue et parfaitement équipée.La piscine est absolument super et très propre,la vue est magnifique!!C'était vraiment Parfait!!!!Merci pour ce beau séjour

époustouflant !!!
La vue de cette villa dépasse tout ce que nous étions venues chercher!!! Le balcon de la villa par ses grandes ouvertures jouit d'une vue et de vent qui en font un endroit où l'on se plaît à trainer.
Daniel est adorable et toujours à l'écoute de dès occupants pour répondre à leur besoin.
Un petit bémol sur la terrasse autour de la piscine si on veut être tout à fait honnête mais largement gomme par tout le reste ! MERCI daniel

Jan-Feb 2017 Great stay good location
The villa is as advertised. It was clean. The kitchen was well stocked and very functional. Location is good. The villa is on a hillside overlooking the ocean. The view from the indoor porch is wonderful. When the sliding glass wall to wall windows are opened the breeze keeps the living area very comfortable. The pool is small but nice for a dip to cool off Close to a very well stocked supermarket. Easy drive to get anywhere you want to go.
We arrived at 20:30 Daniel met us in the parking lot of the supermarket with the keys. He took us to the villa and gave us an overview of things, He was helpful and available to answer any questions or deal with any issues.
The island itself is fabulous lots to do. Nice beaches, seaside towns and good restaurants. Very good infrastructure and facilities. We went all over the island. Roads are good and we never felt that safety was an issue. I would not hesitate to rent this villa. Daniel was a great host. We can not wait to return.

Amazing house and view, near the beach, clean and well-equipped. great location!
Daniel, the host, was welcoming and provided very useful tips. House is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, was amazingly well-equipped and pool was a great amenity. It slept 8 comfortably was spacious and airy. House is very open and had a unique view on the Caribbean sea with the beach (Les Salines) down the hill.
The house is conveniently located in Le Gosier which allows for easy travel to restaurants, beaches, tourist attractions or simply for food shopping.
Overall the experience was unique and we would definitely go back to Villa Alizes.

quel séjour!
Magnifique villa- suspendue face à la mer! vue splendide sur Marie-Galante, la Dominique et les Saintes!
Un séjour bercé par la douceur du climat guadeloupéen. Une très belle prestation dans un maximum de confort garantissant une tranquillité de tous les instants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec un propriétaire très sympathique et très disponible qui nous a donné un maximum d'informations sur la Guadeloupe et les endroits rares à visiter... Vraiment une expérience à renouveler et un lieu de villégiature à recommander!

Fantasic and tranquil spot
We had a marvelous time at Villa Alizes. The villa is very comfortable and relaxing with a fantastic view to the south on the ocean with only the trees, mangroves, and sea to greet you every morning. The villa has all modern amenities and catches the tradewinds through the whole house, making it comfortable all day long. The location of the villa between Le Gosier and Mare Gaillard provides just the right amount of seclusion with ready access to all the nice beaches of Grande Terre. It is an easy ride to the airport and convenient to Basse Terre as well because of its central location. The owner was very accommodating and gracious. Most certainly staying here will make for a very memorable vacation.
