Oceanfront property, private beach access, stunning sunrise and sunset views!

Jimmy Buffet themed home located on the East end of Ocean Isle Beach, with unique decor, open floor plan, and 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths on one level. Bed sizes range from 2 Kings, 1 Queen, and 2 full size, sleeping up to 10 guests! No paper products, or bed/bath/kitchen linens are provided so be sure to bring your favorites from home! Beach chairs or umbrellas are not provided. Saturday to Saturday rental only for months of June, July, and August, no exceptions for these months. If dates are accidentally made for any other days they will be revised and have to be resubmitted for June, July and August. Washer/dryer and full shower in basement area. Large furnished deck provides the perfect place to hang out and relax, and enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets! Private access walkway to beach was redone in 2020. Additional deck space on front of home, as well as space below the oceanfront deck with a fenced in sandy area. Parking for 4-5 depending on size of vehicle. Updates in 2023 include new siding, new windows and doors, and new deck rockers and small chairside tables, also table with seating for 4 on deck. And new Heat and AC, as well as a new refrigerator. The sight and sound of the ocean is mesmerizing! No pets allowed. Parrothead Isle is a welcome retreat, be prepared for amazing sunrise and sunset views and complete relaxation!! ** 2026 pool installation is in process!

Fantastic and comfortable house with oceanfront deck, perfect for morning coffee watching the pelicans fly overhead. We truly enjoyed our stay, easiest check in and check out ever, responsive owner. Will definitely go back!

We enjoy staying at Parrot head each year! The location is near friends and nothing is better than ocean front! In addition, communication with the owner is awesome and it is obvious they are making improvements to the house each year! 5 stars!

Great house with amazing views!

Our stay was great! The house was perfect for our family and could not ask for a better location! We particularly enjoyed the deck in the morning and evening where we could relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Communication with the property managers was easy and they were quick to respond to questions while we were there. We will definitely be back!

Our Family Beach Trip 2023

My wife and I and our adult children try to go on a family vacation each year. We chose to go to the beach this year. We found this house on VERBO and decided to try it out. This was our first time staying on Ocean Isle Beach. The location of this house was just right. The access to the beach was great and it wasn't very crowded. A perfect spot for a family vacation.

Great location on the beach!

Check in was easy! Kitchen served our needs well. The cleaning crew could pay much more attention to detail (my 4 year old grandson found an old piece of candy under a bed and we caught him just before he could put it in his mouth). There was dirt in the bathrooms and dried chocolate ice cream on the floor by the couch. Our last night we were locked out of the house because the key pad on the door was inoperable and it took a while to reach the owner, who told us where a key was hidden. With that said, we understand it’s an older house and some mishaps are bound to happen. We did enjoy our stay here very much and loved being right on the beach! Thank you!

Location is perfect!!!

This beach house is a one of a kind gem right on the beautiful coast of NC. The Margaritaville themed house was so warm and welcoming. The house was fully stocked with any kitchenware you could possibly need. There were even extra items left by previous renters that helped out if we had a need. The hosts were quick to respond to an issue and very helpful. We spent most of our time on the beach or sitting on the deck looking at the beach. Highly recommend the hosts and the property. Very comfortably slept ten. Great restaurants very close to the house.

This beach cottage is great in many ways but needs some updates. Positives: Great covered deck with rockers Well stocked kitchen with good knives! Very comfy beds Good AC Close to beach so short walk, great views, nice breeze, sound of waves Showers have good water pressure Negatives: Cluttered kitchen Moldy shower curtains Grill is rusted off base and unusable Path to beach is overgrown Poor lighting One shower drains very slowly Living area furnishings are in poor condition Needs new trashcan, potholders, etc.

We Just Keep Coming Back Each Year

We have been coming to this house for the last four years. Can not wait to come back in 2023. Two rooms were upgraded with really nice king size beds. Our week here was wonderful, but it went by so fast. You can not ask for a better host in Kristie to help resolve and questions or concerns you may have.
