We were extremely Happy with the size of the cabin and the amenities. Very clean! Its a perfect walk to the multiple waterfront dining options Fremont has to offer! We would like to plan on staying here at the Perch Cabin end of next July 2026. Great waterfront access as well!

Great location, some bugs

We really appreciated the service and easy check in. Great location and was great for some extra guests for our son’s wedding. Only complaint was the door had a slight gab and mosquitos and other bugs got in unit. Otherwise was great.

Best 4th EVER!

My son and myself stayed alone for the first time away from home. Was close enough to all the downtown fun, yet far enough away to be able to sleep. We rented a jetski and never worried once about other guests, messing with it. Hosts were friendly, and warmly welcomed us. So many memories made. We will never forget it! Not even high waters stopped our fun! Can't wait to come back! I know there is so much I am forgetting. Thank you so much from both of us!
