My daughter and I and her friend came in town for a volleyball tournament and it was nice for the girls to have their own room and their own bed. The house is close to lots of things.
We had a pleasant experience renting this property! Everything was as described, very close to downtown Bryan and off a main road. Neighborhood and house are older, but the inside has been nicely updated and was very clean. We’d stay here again!
It felt like being at home. Responsive property manager.

Review
The place was cheap per night so I expected nothing outstanding.
However there were a few things that really stood out.
1. Why am I paying a cleaning fee when the House Rules state that I have to leave the place as I found it including starting a load of laundry of things I used???
2.Don't warn me about breaking things when everything in there was thrift shop material of not good value. I mean seriously the beds were rollaways including the master.
3. In the middle of an ice storm the windows leaked cold air and the poor heater had to run almost continuously to keep the place warm.
4. I could not open the curtains even if I wanted to as they were on super flimsy curtain rods
This is a rental that someone threw things in and called it a VRBO....just forwarned you are not living in the best area of town. It has a major traffic thorougfare off the backyard and traffic noise is an issue all of the time.
Not a do over for me
This was a very clean and charming home. The neighborhood was quiet. If you are bringing a pet, the front gate needs a latch. The back yard is very nice and big but, there are some gaps in the chain link fence that could be zip tied together but if you have a big dog it would be ok. Also, the neighbors do not have their dogs on leashes . It is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed it!
Neat and tidy home with all amenities needed. Great location 15 minutes from town, airport, Texas A&M. Owner extremely responsive. The place was spotless. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
