Built over 2 levels, it can accommodate 10 people comfortably.

A sumptuous blend of tradition and modernity, the spacious interior is adorned with antique furniture found here and there by the owners. A perfect harmony, preserving past charms and adding all modern comforts.
The ground floor is composed of a large and bright living room with a friendly, sober and chic kitchen. The large windows overlook furnished terraces, where you will enjoy exposure in two directions.
This level also holds a more intimate living room to watch TV, read or isolate yourself (when working remotely) as well as a beautiful master suite with a soft and warm atmosphere opening onto its own terrace.
The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area: 4 bedrooms with intimate and cosy decoration, sharing 2 shower rooms (2 bedrooms, each with a sea view).

To fully enjoy your holiday in the open air, 6,000m² of fenced and landscaped garden surrounds the house, with the sea as the backdrop: Olive trees, Bougainvillea, pines, arbutus, holm oaks, palm trees and many others, all typical Mediterranean varieties of Southern of France, which evoke the song of the cicadas, the sun and the sweetness of life so particular to our region.
Near to the heated swimming pool, lined with deckchairs, the view of nature is relaxing, the Cypress trees welcome you in and the flowers give a rhythm to the garden.

In terms of activities, the region with its authentic charm will fill your days and entertain the entire family, from the most contemplative to the most sporty.
Around the house: There are 4 beaches within 2km, many coves with crystal clear water, Porquerolles island and visits to the Carmignac Foundation (pier 1.5km away), Port Cros islands and Levant island (pier at the port of Hyères), hiking with breathtaking panoramas along the coastal path, the picturesque village of Giens and its Provençal market, a kitesurfing and windsurfing spot, Almanarre beach, boat trips, paddle boards, kayaks and pedalos, jet-skis… But also: Visits to the charming historic centre of Hyères (Villa Noailles), Toulon to discover or re-discover, as the heart of the city has changed a lot!
