I offer you our farmhouse villa "La Gouyardière" with an indoor pool and a 7-person outdoor spa, heated year-round, tastefully furnished, and completely independent and private. An ideal location; renovated in keeping with the Champagne traditions of our ancestors. We love sharing our French culture! And we will be delighted to welcome you to our pleasant village. Everything is there for your comfort! You will be completely independent, not overlooked! In the heart of a pleasant village, "Esternay," located just 50 minutes from Disneyland Paris, 30 minutes from the medieval town of Provins, and 40 minutes from numerous Champagne cellars.

Fabulous week

We had a great time staying here. 10 people from 3 different families. Plenty of space in the house. The kids had a great time in the garden and swimming in the pool. Fabienne was a great host and communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend this house.

A perfect holiday retreat

When we arrived and the gates swung open we quite literally could not believe our eyes. The photos of the property we had seen were beautiful but in no way did justice to the magnificence of this amazing home. The property has everything you could possibly need, a fully equipped home from home. The three children (9, 10 & 11) spent the 10' days fully entertained by the pool, swing ball, sand box and monitoring the chickens for eggs! Many of our plans to go out and about were abandoned as we were loathed to leave. The local village was very quiet as it seemed lots of local people were also away on holiday but the local SuperMarche and the easily accessible InterMarche kept us fully stocked up on lovely food and very palatable local wines and champagne :) Fabienne made our planning very easy, making sure we had all the information we needed for an easy journey. Thank you Fabienne and hopefully we will be back soon.

Geboekt voor de herfstvakantie 2025 voor zeven dagen.Gewoon een top verblijf gehad met onze beide dochters en mannen, en de vijf kleinkinderen. Mede dankzij de ontvangst, en tips tijdens het verblijf, van eigenares Fabienne.Prachtige accommodatie, erg ruim. Perfect ruim zwembad en Jacuzzi. Top complete keuken. Eetzaal met tafel voor 14 personen. Buiten terrein ook zeer ruim. Garage voor drie auto's. Vijf minuten lopen naar de bakker, en andere winkeltjes. Centraal tussen Parijs en Reims.De vertrek dag was een tegenvaller. Niemand wilde terug naar huis. De kleinkinderen waren boos, ze wilde blijven.Fabienne, nogmaals veel dank voor de ontvangst en het verblijf op jullie geweldige locatie. Tot ziens

Amazing Country House

The photographs don't do the house justice, there is loads of space, the bedrooms are large and over two wings, which is great if you are two families. The swimming pool, hot tub, ping pong, table football, animal (rabbits, chickens, ducks & tortoises), vegetable patch and gardens games kept everyone busy for our 10 day visit. There is a lot to see in the area, sweetcorn maze, Epernay, Troyes, Reims and Provins were all easy day trips! The property is well equipped with everything you need for cooking and has good indoor and outdoor seating. The host was fantastic with communication. Many thanks for a great stay!!

Un séjour de rêve

Logement rénové avec goût et lieu chargé d'histoire. Encore plus beau qu'en photo. De plus, l'accueil et la communication avec la propriétaire était très chaleureux Les prestations encore plus nombreuses et aussi belles qu'attendues. Je recommande vivement cet endroit autant pour les petits que pour les grands. Une piscine intérieure chauffée et directement dans le salon c'est magique pour ma part! Week-end entre amis au top. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute avec enfants et famille.

Hidden Treasure

As to the property, it's a miraculous piece of art. It had been a totally rundown farm that the host family spent 15 years renovating. The vision and realization of that vision resulted in a property that vastly roomy, wonderfully landscaped, and chock full with amenities no less than built-in swimming pool and outdoor covered jacuzzi. The landscaping and architecture are awe-inspiringly picturesque. The Rousseau/Lefrere family is kind, generous, responsive and a ton of fun! La propiété est un grand paradis avec tout ce qu‘une famille peut désirer: grande piscine, jardin très spacieux et ombragé avec plusieurs arbres fruitiers, lapins, poulets, tortues. Les propriétaires sont très attentifs et répondent tout de suite à chaque question.
