Summervacation with Kids

We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation. The house is in a complete quite area, but not too for from the next centre and a perfect base for various activities. The communication with our host Serge was perfect and all our questions where answered within minutes via WhatsApp chat. Serge was really helpful and had a lot of tips for us.

Nous avons été très chaleureusement reçus par le propriétaire. Il a été aux petits soins pour nous et a répondu sans délai à nos demandes. Le logement était parfaitement agencé et les prestations (piscine, climatisation, WIFI...) de qualité. Nous retiendrons particulièrement le calme et la vue imprenable sur les montagnes.

Oase in den Bergen mit super Aussicht

Wer Berge und Natur liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt etwas erhöht von der Hauptstrasse (kein Autolärm hörbar) und bietet , wie im Video, einen wunderschönen Blick in die Berge. Das Asco-Tal erreicht man mit dem Auto in 15min. Hier bietet das Baden im Fluss kaum Grenzen. Der Strand bei L’île Rousse ist in 30-40min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus selber bietet auch viele Annehmlichkeiten, wie grosses Wohn-Esszimmer mit Klimaanlage, 3 Schlafzimmer, ein sehr gutes WLAN. Alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist etwas verwachsen und hätte etwas Pflege nötig, Sonnenliegen , Grill und Pool sind perfekt. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

emplacement idéal entre montagne et mer à moins de 20 min. une vue magnifique

Merci à Serge, sa sœur et son père. Nous avons passé de très bons moments. Rando le matin, baignade a ostriconi plaja entre autres et visites l après midi. La location est vraiment bien située. La piscine agréable. La maison climatisée aussi. Elle continuera de s'améliorer avec la végétation qui pousse. Accueil parfait de Serge qui nous fait part de ses conseils. Bref la simonpieri connections tourne aussi bien qu un As400 d' IBM ;-)

Schönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus, ganz nah beim traumhaften Asco-Tal

Wir (Familien mit 4 Kindern, Alter 6 bis 12 Jahre) haben hier einige wunderschöne Spätsommer-Tage verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist schön und sehr geräumig. Alles ist so wie beschrieben, einzig die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas grosszügiger sein. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr genossen. Ganz in der Nähe (5 Autominuten) liegt der Eingang des traumhaft schönen Asco-Tals, das wir gleich 2x besucht haben.

Une superbe location très bien équipée conforme à la description, des propriétaires très attentionnés. Ponte Leccia est un endroit stratégique pour sillonner le centre et le nord de l'île. Nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêves et sommes prêts à renouveler l'expérience !!!

La cadre est magnifique et fidèle aux photos du site ! Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins, soucieux du bien être des locataires. La maison est très agréable. Le lieu est idéal pour passer des vacances en famille au calme avec une vue à couper le souffle à chaque réveil. L'ile Rousse, le désert des Agriates, la vallée de la Restonica, la vallée de L'Asco sont facilement accessibles (30 min maxi) ce qui permet de combler les marcheurs, les sportifs en quête de sensation fortes (via Ferratta, canyoning), les adeptes de plage, ceux qui cherchent des soirées en ville avec un peu de vie. Bref nous reviendrons sans hésitation et avec impatience !
