The lawn in front of the house is adjacent to a well-kept cottage garden. Seating around the house invite you to linger.

The farmhouse was in a fantastic location with spectacular, breathtaking views. Elizabeth and her husband were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful — we truly felt like part of their family. Very good place to spend holydays with children. View is exceptional, not a garden but mountain pasture, no noise, ... Excellent place also for people would like to observe stars because no light pollution.

Elisabeth and Fritz are lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful. They even sold us eggs and fresh farm milk. The farm is spick and span, and we were welcome to explore the surroundings. We would stay at Altoesch again anytime! Eve

Most wonderful place to stay!

My wife and I spent 9 nights here and were both sad to leave. It was the most beautiful and relaxing place we have ever been. The host’s are incredible friendly. The area around their farm is just spectacular to just take a quiet evening stroll and listen to the birds singing and the bells from the cows. If you want an incredible Swiss experience in the countryside look no further than this beautiful place.

A incredible Swiss experience

The location is stunning. The Rebers are friendly and gracious. The driveway is about 1.5 miles up the mountain on a small perfectly maintained road. This brings you to a beautiful old Swiss farm house withe milking barn under the same food. Fritz was kind enough to let me participate in the milking. We loved every minute of our stay and we're sorry when it came time to leave. I cannot say enough good about the experience and the Revers

Wonderful place

If you are looking for a restful place in the mountains, this is the place. However, you will need a car to get to it. It is a working farm with other places quite far away. Very peaceful. The hostess is so sweet and accommodating! I even asked if I could buy some cream for my strawberries and she just gave me a new carton. We loved this place. Kitchen has everything except a microwave. Also has a washer that we needed. We had a wonderful stay!!

FANTASTIC STAY!

This beautiful setting was an incredible introduction on our Switzerland journey. The house was lots of room for 4 adults, all the amenities we needed ++, spotlessly clean, and close to sightseeing cities and highlights. The beds were high quality and so comfy. The house is decorated with special touches all through the house. Although we could have all been happy staying at Elizabeth's place forever! A busy farm with stunning views and it was easy to find. Elizabeth was so welcoming and we communicated easily together. Next time I would stay longer - we stayed 3 nights. Thank you Elizabeth for hosting my family. ❤

Super nette Gastgeber, sehr schöne ruhige Lage mitten in den Bergen, 4km von der nächsten Ortschaft & 9km bis zu der ersten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Telefon Netz je nach Anbieter so lala. Dafür schnelles kosten freies WLAN.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles um einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt zu genießen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberfamilie freundlich und immer darauf bedacht, den Aufenthalt sehr gut zu ermöglichen. Möchte hinzufügen - meine Gattin ist stark Gehbehindert, bei der Buchung habe ich nicht bedacht, daß das Schlafzimmer im 1. OG ist.

Urlaub auf dem Bio-Bauernhof

Der Aufenthalt war die lange Anreise wert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und der Blick auf die Berge war immer wieder aufs Neue schön. Selten waren wir so entspannt im Urlaub. Interessant war auch der Einblick in den Alltag eines Milchviehbetriebes. Die Abstecher nach Bern und Luzern haben uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Unser Gesamtprädikat: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Merveilleux endroit pour se reposer pas un bruit .L étable est dans le chalet avec les petits veaux . Elisabeth est très accueillante Fritz ne parle pas Français mais nous a très bien expliqué .Venez visiter son atelier de menuiserie et ses maquettes magnifiques . Les Alpes au loin depuis la salle à manger avec leur neige éternelle procure un bien etre .On y retournera ..

Supers nuits à la ferme

Très bon séjour chez les charmants Élisabeth et Fritz. L'appartement est spacieux et très propre, bien équipé pour 4 voyageurs. La ferme est juste à côté du logement, c'est génial et très dépaysant, sans parler des superbes montagnes environnantes. Tout près d'une super balade panoramique avec vue sur la chaîne des alpes (le Napf) ... Splendide.

Hof mit faszinierendem Ausblick

Allein die Begegnung mit diesen freundlichen Gastgebern ist etwas ganz Besonderes und sie gewähren gerne einen Einblick in ihr Bergbauernleben... Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und kreativ eingerichtet, außerdem blitzsauber und viel Platz! Das schöne Bauernaus ist Ausgangsort für unzählige Wanderungen im Napfgebiet und liegt fast direkt am Grenzpfad Napfbergland. Somit schaut man beim Wandern oft auf der einen Seite ins Emmental und auf der anderen ins Entlebuch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Endlich Ferien auf dem Bauernhof - wenn Kindheitsträume unvermittelt wahr werden

Wer die Ruhe sanfter grüner, bisweilen aber doch steiler Wiesen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Auf Du und Du mit Huhn und Kuh sozusagen. Und der richtige Ausgangspunkt, um nicht nur das abwechslungsreiche Emmental zu erkunden, sondern auch entferntere Wandermöglich- oder Sehenswürdigkeiten der umliegenden Kantone. Wir wären gern noch länger dort geblieben, denn man fand alles vor, was man für einen guten Ferienaufenthalt benötigte - morgens frische Eier, mittags die Zwiebel aus dem mit viel Liebe angelegten Bauerngarten und abends die Milch, die nachts sogar auf gleichnamiger Straße die Sterne leuchten ließ. Und wir haben nicht nur eine Sternschnuppe vorbeifliegen sehen! Kurz gesagt: Wir haben uns bei unserer freundlichen und aufmerksamen Gastfamilie und ihren diversen tierischen Begleitern sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Location sehr weiterempfehlen!

Schöne Erlebnis in Trub

Unsere Ferien bei Elisabeth und Fritz waren einfach wunderbar. Der Hof liegt mitten in den Hügeln des Emmentals mit Aussicht ins Grüne. Die Wohnung und der ganze Hof sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bereits beim Empfang fühlten wir uns willkommen, und für die Kinder war die Nähe zu den Tieren ein neues Erlebnis, das sie nie mehr vergessen werden. +++ EIN BERGBAUERNHOF IN HERRLICHSTER LAGE IM EMMENTAL +++

Die Lage des Bergbauernhofes auf ca. 1100 m ist einfach Traumhaft. Man fährt vom Ort Trub ein Stück ein Tal entlang, dann geht es rechts eine kleine Straße den Berg hinauf, nach ca. 2,5 Km kommt dann der Hof Untere Altösch. Es gibt direkt am Haus einen Besucherparkplatz für die Gäste. Das Haus liegt mit herrlicher Sicht recht weit oben, danach kommen nur noch ein paar vereinzelte Höfe, die aber im besten Fall in Sichtweite liegen. Die Familie Reber ist unheimlich Gastfreundlich, was man schon an der Wohnung merkt, die mit viel Liebe und allen erdenklichen Kleinigkeiten eingerichtet ist. Es fehlt absolut an nichts. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend Groß und sehr gemütlich. Es ist ein herrlicher Startpunkt für Wanderungen oder Spaziergänge aber auch Ausflüge nach Bern, Luzern, Thun und Interlaken lassen sich durch eine Fahrt in der wunderschönen Landschaft in sehr kurzweiliger Zeit erreichen. Im Ort Trub ist die Kirche und die Käserei ein muss aber auch in Trubschachen ist die Erlebniswelt der Fa. Kambly sehr zu empfehlen, man kann dort Kekse und Gebäck probieren bis es nicht mehr geht, es gibt ein Cafe und man kann den Konditoren bei der Arbeit zusehen. Für uns waren es 1 Woche entspanntester Urlaub in einer Traumhaften Umgebung. Wir kommen bestimmt wiedermal dort hin. Bis bald !!!
