Crow's Nest On Harbor Island - Recently Updated!- One Bedroom on Third Floor

Harbor Island, South Carolina is a private barrier sea island that offers two miles of uncrowded beach. The Island is a private gated community and is one of the last hidden gems on the East Coast.

The one bedroom, one and a half bath villa is located on the third floor of the L Building which is situated perfectly between two swimming pools. There is an elevator onsite which makes loading and unloading very convenient. The nearest beach access is just steps away from the building. The walk to the sandy beach is less than 250 yards from the complex. This condo has a Queen size bed and a sofa bed.

A fully stocked kitchen, kitchen table and living area open to the screen porch that has views of the beach and ocean in the distance. Cable TV and very reliable high speed Wi-Fi is included with the villa. There are washing machines and dryers available in the L Building for guests to use.

Our rental includes access to the Harbor Island Beach and Racquet Club amenities which include a large swimming pool and Kiddie pool (open April - October), tennis courts, basketball court, golf chipping green, sand volley ball court, playground, shuffle board, and a fitness center. Harbor Island also has several fishing and crabbing docks for guest use.

Please note, while this building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience, the building is NOT handicap accessible. There are about 10 steps leading up to the ground level to access the elevator.

Renters must be 25 or older to rent our villa.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Pets are subject to approval and a $150 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Max of 2 pets allowed.

** Please note there is enough parking for up to 1 vehicle at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned**
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00

Condo is so nice and clean and plenty of space for 2 adults! Great view from 3rd floor but be aware elevator works only part time (breaks frequently) so be prepared for stairs. Pool right out back and beach 3 minute walk! We love staying in this community.

It was a cute and very clean condo! Loved the updated kitchen. Was stocked with everything you need! Just wish the Keurig had worked :( It had a good view of the beach. The internet connection wasn’t very good but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Nice property

Very nice community. Daily food truck visits across street were nice to skip some cooking. Dempsey farms great place to stop for fresh fruits and Vegs. AC had trouble keeping cool in sweltering temperatures. Hope to come back sometime when not so hot.

Perfect for our little family!

My husband and our 9 month old rented this condo for part of the week while my Dad and extended family rented a larger house right down the road- it was so perfect for the three of us!! The ONLY complaint I had was the listing stated there was a washer/dryer, but when we arrived there wasn’t one. We just loaded up our laundry and took to my dad’s beach house to wash! The condo was decorated beautifully, and the bed was veryyyyyyy comfortable! I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the place! We would definitely stay here again.

Entry code did not work. Blinds were broken in bedroom window letting night lights shine in. Mattress is not a true queen and is worn out. Thermostat has a pre-programmed schedule that over-rode all attempts for comfort at night. Nice view, good location. Lots of maintenance machinery during the week from 8-5. Not ADA compliant. No ramp to level of elevator, so steps are only access. *We have stayed in better units at this facility.

This was one of my better experiences with renting a place at the beach. As advertised and clean. Beach view and breezes. Great location to have the chill vibes of the beach and then just minutes up the road the low country culture and history along with eclectic shopping and dining in Beaufort.

Fantastic getaway

This property was a wonderful fit for our family of 4 this week on our first ever trip to Harbor Island. It was very well maintained and extremely clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for the week. We enjoyed being close to the Racquet Club where local food trucks are daily. We were also in close proximity to the main pool and 2 other pools. The actual unit was very quiet and family friendly with access to the beach just a few steps away. The Harbor Island Sea Turtle Project volunteers let our children watch as they found a nest from the night before and we got to see them dig for eggs and mark the nest. Lots of alligator sightings, hermit crabs and dolphins close to the shore. We loved being close to Hunting Island also to explore one day. Johnson Creek Tavern was our favorite place to eat! Great local people and very relaxing!! We are already planning our next trip to the area

The decor, layout, and view were definitely good as I hoped. My only complaints were the fridge that smelled horribly of fish, the worn out uncomfortable mattress, and the accessibility of the unit. I would have opted for a ground floor unit had I known the elevator was basically unusable.
