This listing does not have a bed- it is just a pull out sofa. We discovered this upon checking. I message the host and received no word back. The heat was not turned on for our arrival, so the temperature inside was 50 degrees. The unit is located right at the main entry of the complex. In the short time that we were there, we could hear the beep of the automatic lock and the door opening repeatedly. We ended up finding somewhere else to stay. I was very disappointed not to receive any response to my communications with the host.

hello. thank you for your comment. Indeed I did not answer you, why? because your bad faith lord of the medicine would not deserve an answer. I advise you to read the ads carefully before pressing "reserve". you are surprised not to have a room and a bed in it? what do you not understand in the word studio? lit sofa? who reserves accommodation thinking to find a particular room there without seeing a photo? you are the only one to complain. Look at our notes and comments also on the other platforms. to reassure everyone because you feel like a whistleblower, the sofa bed is high-end with certainly a mattress more comfortable than many of your beds at home. come on, kisses
