This spacious, second-floor 2BR, 2BA West Asheville rental is perfect for vacationing with children and friends. This brand-new rental features a kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, custom cabinets, and new appliances. The living-dining room contains games for children of all ages. It opens onto a deck with a small grill, outdoor chairs, and fans to stay cool in the heat. The two bedrooms feature several windows and brand new mattresses. The master bedroom comes with a high-quality, queen-sized bed and opens into a bathroom with a glassed-in shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed with a single trundle mattress. The second bedroom also contains an armchair that can be pulled out into a single bed. We are happy to provide a crib upon request. The private, in-ground pool is 3 to 8 feet deep and has a diving board in the deep end. Guests have full use of the deck area, which has lounge chairs that give space for play and relaxation for guests of all ages. Guests using the pool can also use a large grill for cooking. Guests can use the private, in-ground pool by themselves for six hours a day: 10am-4pm. (The host family may use it before and after these hours upon occasion). This rental is a paradise for those seeking privacy and refuge from the outside world. It is centrally located: you can walk two short blocks to the restaurants and shops on Haywood Road and the River Arts District, or take a stroll along the French Broad River Greenway. The house is just minutes from downtown Asheville and a short drive to the Blue Ridge Mountains.
