Au top sauf 1 point noir d’insonorisation

Au top Appartement trĂšs jolie, entretenu, bien amĂ©nagĂ©, tout est pensĂ© pour le confort, deco tres sympa, emplacement de parking, commerces au pied de L’appartement, comme les tĂ©lĂ©cabines pas loin... 1 gros point noir en revanche L’insonorisation avec les voisins du dessus oĂč on entend absolument tout ! Pas, alors avec des enfants qui courent je ne vous en parle pas, parler en bruit de fond, une chaise qui bouge, un tiroir de placard qui coulisse .. ce qui nous a gĂąchĂ© un peu notre sĂ©jour dommage.. ayant nous meme un enfant de 5ans qui essayait de dormir et dĂ©ranger jusque 23h au moins pour dormir Ă©galement quand les voisins ne respectent pas leur emplacement de parking pourtant idĂ©alement prĂ©vu et garent leur camion devant notre entrĂ©e terrasse ! On a signalĂ© mais aucun retour de la personne nous accueillant sur le sujet, en revanche sur le reste pas de soucis pour communiquer avec cette personne agrĂ©able Sinon le reste fut trĂšs bien, on reprendra certainement mais pas celui du bas !

Le coĂ»t de cette location n'est pas en adĂ©quation avec les prestation. Les photos promettent du rĂȘve. Pour autant : - Le soir de noĂ«l pas assez de coupes Ă  champagne. La gestionnaire a eu la gentillesse de nous en ramener. Il semble nĂ©cessaire de faire un point sur la vaisselle (7 petites cuillĂšres) une locations pour 8 je ne souhaite pas laver Ă  la main les cuillĂšres Ă  chaque utilisation et ce n'est qu'un exemple ... - Le plus dĂ©cevant est l'Ă©tat des placards du coin cuisine (pleins de produits alimentaires entamĂ©s), l'Ă©tat du four qui fumait tant quand on l'a mis en chauffe qu'il a dĂ©clenchĂ© le dĂ©tecteur de fumĂ©e. - le tapis de la Salle de bains : sale. - les plaids sur le lit avec des taches douteuses ... Le pire reste les chambres borgnes. La seule chambre (sur 3) qui a une fenĂȘtre ... Il faut dĂ©placer le bureau matin et soir pour ouvrir les volets .... Aucun mode d'emploi pour les appareils. Sur le four les inscriptions sont effacĂ©es, complexe pour choisir un mode de cuisson. - Concernant les TV : impossible de suivre un film paisiblement liĂ© Ă  la mauvaise connexion .... - Isolation dĂ©testable : nous avons vĂ©cu aux rythmes des deux familles qui ont occupĂ© l'Ă©tage. - bruit permanent des canalisations dans le sĂ©jour .... - Le mĂ©nage est Ă  mon sens trĂšs sommaire, nous avons tirĂ© un canapĂ© pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer un objet tombĂ© derriĂšre .... Nous y avons trouvĂ© une mine d'objets (coussins, jeux, livres ...) et surtout une mine de moutons ... traces de doigts sur les surfaces verre (tv, fausse cheminĂ©e), hotte grasse et non nettoyĂ©e depuis des lustres Ă  mon avis. Avant de louer nous avions eu le plaisir d'ĂȘtre informĂ© qu'il y aurait un sapin : Dieu seul sait ou il Ă©tait cachĂ© ! En bref : Je loue trĂšs rĂ©guliĂšrement une semaine Ă©tĂ©, une semaine hiver pour rĂ©unir ma famille. Jamais l'accueil n'a Ă©tĂ© aussi glacial, idem au moment de partir..... Je ne reviendrai assurĂ©ment pas.

Excellent sĂ©jour dans un appartement d’exception

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour, l’appartement est trĂšs agrĂ©able, tout est prĂ©vu et a disposition pour toute la famille (jouets, lit parapluie, poussette, chaise haute, cuisine avec tout le matĂ©riel nĂ©cessaire, draps, serviettes...). La dĂ©coration est digne d’un vrai chalet de haut standing, appartement plein de charme et hyper cosy. Je recommande vivement cette location idĂ©alement situĂ©e en plein centre de Cauterets Ă  proximitĂ© de tout et surtout des remontĂ©es Ă  Ă  peine 5min Ă  pieds. N’hesitez pas!

TrĂšs belle location

Joli logement décoré avec goût et trÚs fonctionnel idéalement situé à proximité des commerces et des télécabines. Il manque cependant de lumiÚre naturelle dans certaines chambres. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Cauterets malgré un temps mitigé et des vents violents qui interdisaient l'accÚs aux pistes de ski certains jours.
