Walk everywhere! This modern carriage house is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Pensacola. Situated in a quite neighborhood, the carriage house has 2 bedrooms/2 baths, living room and a full size kitchen w/washer and dryer. Blinds on all the windows, with black-out drapes in both bedrooms. Nectar mattress on both beds. All linens (mattress pad, sheets, pillow cases, pillow protectors, and comforter) are cleaned after each guest. The perfect location if you are here for a wedding, work or vacation. Easy walking to The Barkley House, Bay Center, restaurants, breweries, pubs, galleries & shopping. Beaches & Pensacola Airport are just minutes away by car. The carriage house is at the end of the driveway, over the garage.

Navy retirement

Very modern, attention to detail with snacks, water. Everything we needed in kitchen was there. Location great, short two block walk to YMCA, that accepts Y membership from other Y's. Two blocks to many restaurants, shops. Just a very comfortable stay, would stay again in a heart beat!

Very Nice Seville Neighborhood Stay in Pensacola

From the excellent instructions on where to park and how to reach the unit to the extra touches within the unit, having Debbie as our host made our first stay in Pensacola very comfortable and enjoyable. Debbie was fantastic with communicating with us whether we had a question or if she needed to give us information. The snacks, water, and wine left for us were a nice touch. The location of the home was convenient. We loved staying there and would definitely stay there again!

Originally from Birmingham, AL, we moved to the gulf coast 14 years ago. In a stroke of luck, we discovered a 200+ year old Creole Cottage in the middle of renovation that was for sale. We immediately made an offer and spent one summer totally renovating the cottage. After a few years, we decided to build a garage with a guest house above. We have three grown children with their own children so we needed the extra space for when they all visit. After Covid, we then decided to try short term rentals. We love hosting visitors to Pensacola and the location is perfect for all the downtown area has to offer.

The Historic District of downtown Pensacola is a vibrant entertainment area. Fabulous restaurants, bars and galleries are all within walking distance. The Saenger Theater, Blue Wahoos Stadium, and Civic Center are all just blocks away.
