We travel to Chino Valley once a year, and usually stay at the Days Inn but decided to stay here, and we are glad we did. Everything was perfect for our weekend stay, and a very clean, and quaint cottage. Met the property owners, and they were very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.
Everything about our stay was better than expected! A comfortable small home in a great location. Enjoyed the quiet, country feel. An awesome getaway with close proximity to fun adventures. Great property owners.
We were in the area visiting family and this place worked out great. We really only needed a place to sleep and this was everything we needed. It's a quiet cozy place that will stay on our list.

Unexpected hiccup but all was resolved
The check in process was easy! However, after spending one night in the property, I had to discuss some major concerns with the host. Afterwards, we decided to find other accommodations. The host was very nice & understood my concerns; he went above and beyond to try to rectify things. He refunded as much as he could. I truly believe this was a one-off situation that was immediately resolved after we checked out.
I enjoyed staying at this cute little cottage nestled in a rural setting. It took some time to locate the property as it was not clearly marked. The property seemed to share a backyard area which would have been fine however, several dogs both big and small camped outside the door every morning.
Loved our stay!! This was the cutest little house, perfect for my son and I :). I’d probably recommend to my friends and family cause I know they would be super comfortable and well taken care of! Owners are very nice and responsive and I appreciated the recommendations of different places to check out. Vacation was a success and my son got to make some great memories!
