Featured in many films, catalogs and commercials, the mansion is a fine work of historic architecture. You will have plenty of space with massive common areas and your own private fully furnished room(s).

Great kitchen, 3 dining rooms, foyer, plus several outdoor seating areas spread around the property... it is VERY easy to social distance here.

Most rooms have queen beds; 2 really huge rooms have kings (higher rent applies). All rooms have closets and / or armoires and / or dressers.

6 bathrooms, and currently only 5 people, so you'll never be waiting. Bathrooms all have showers. No tubs.

Rare, towering trees and other exotic plants in the vast gardens.

Fine art collection throughout.

A very nice chicken coop! Used to be chickens, and might be again by the time you arrive.

High speed internet, Laundry, and all utilities included.

Easy parking neighborhood. Lots of parking on site, as space allows, shared with other occupants.

1.5 blocks to a wonderful coffee shop, "Xochi the Dog." 1.5 blocks the other way for legendary soul food at "Flip N Soul." Less than 4 blocks to one of the best Thai restaurants in the whole Bay Area, "Champa Garden."
