Beautiful apartment in a chalet, shared sauna at the foot of the slopes

The "Coeur des Alpes" flat is 85m2 entirely dedicated to your comfort. It's our brightest chalet, and thanks to its large picture windows, you'll be in direct communion with the mountains. From the south-west-facing terrace, you can enjoy the gentle sun setting over the snow-covered peaks.

The chalet is at the foot of the slopes, in a pedestrian hamlet.

The flat comprises a large living room with fireplace and a 30m2 terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one on a mezzanine) with 3 double beds and 4 single beds, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 2 separate WCs.

A sauna (to be shared with the 3 other flats) is available, as well as board games, children's games, DVDs with flat screen and player, and sledges.

A linen service (sheets, towels and kitchen towels) with beds made is available for €150. This option must be specified at the time of booking and paid for in cash on arrival.

Dogs (maximum 2 animals) are also accepted at Chalet du PrĂ© at a fixed price of €50/pet. This option must be specified at the time of booking and is payable in cash on arrival.

L’appartement Coeur des alpes Ă©tait conforme au descriptif. Assez bien Ă©quipĂ© quoique qu’il manquait un dĂ©capsuleur (celui du tire-bouchon ne fonctionne pas) et surtout un Ă©tendoir car un seul pour 4 appartements ce n’est pas top. Une nappe mĂȘme une toile cirĂ©e serait sympa pour la table tres abimee de la terrasse. La terrasse est un peu dangereuse avec les planches du sol trĂšs trĂšs abĂźmĂ©es et une rambarde un peu branlante ! Sinon tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien et joliment dĂ©corĂ©. La cuisine est toutefois trop petite pour 8ou 9 adultes. La situation est idĂ©ale et la vue superbe ! Et mention trĂšs trĂšs bien pour l’homme trĂšs sympa et super efficace qui s’occupe du chalet : il nous a solidifiĂ© le balcon.

SĂ©jour dans un chalet alpin classique. Il est situĂ© dans un hameau Ă  2 km de la station principale de Valmorel, mais facilement joignable par la navette gratuite. De plus un tĂ©lĂ©ski est utilisable Ă  100 ou 200 mĂštres du chalet. Le chalet lui-mĂȘme comprend plusieurs appartements, un local Ă  ski, un sauna ( Ă  rĂ©nover Ă  mon avis). L'ensemble est correct mais si l'aspect commence Ă  ĂȘtre vieillot. Il manque le wifi. La tĂ©lĂ©vision ne marchait pas, mais l'Ă©quipe de maintenance est intervenue rapidement pour rĂ©parer ( deux soirs de suite, en finissant par remplacer complĂštement l'Ă©cran TV). En rĂ©sumĂ© , un appartement correct qui nous a permis de passer de bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le chalet est spacieux, bien équipé et idéalement situé dans un petit hameau à la fois tranquille et préservé et proche de la station et des commerces. Merci à Mme Villain pour son accueil !

L'appartement "Le CƓur des Alpes" (du Chalet du PrĂ©) est ultra fonctionnel et superbement chaleureux. DĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t, vous aurez grand plaisir Ă  y partager de prĂ©cieux moments avec vos proches, dans la piĂšce de vie qui est trĂšs lumineuse et offre une imprenable sur la montagne. Chacun apprĂ©ciera Ă©galement d'y avoir son intimitĂ© (1 salle de douche + 1 salle de bain parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©es + 2 wc) avec des chambres parfaitement agencĂ©es pour un repos bien mĂ©ritĂ© A quelques pas des pistes (vous pouvez mĂȘme acheter votre forfait au dĂ©part du tĂ©lĂ©ski) le chalet est vraiment idĂ©alement situĂ©. Pas besoin de navette, vous partez et revenez skis aux pieds. Le chalet du PrĂ© dispose mĂȘme d'une ski-room pour y entreposer vos skis et chauffer vos chaussures le soir : un bonheur ! A ce propos, je vous recommande d'aller louer vos skis chez Clarines sport (Ă  quelques mĂštres de lĂ ) oĂč les 2 jeunes hommes ont toujours le sourire et sont aux petits soins, pour un tarif imbattable. Le COEUR des ALPES nous a ravi et a fait de notre sĂ©jour un moment Unique... Nous y reviendrons l'an prochain !

Beautiful, well equipped chalet

Our large family really enjoyed our time at Chalet du Pre. Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable, large dining and sitting spaces and a kitchen full with of all the essentials and a fabulous fondu set. The chalet is warm and always plenty of hot water. The wifi wasn't working at first, but the owner quickly bought us a new router which helped. We would have no issues booking this chalet agin in the future. The bus stop for taking guests up to the slopes is just a short walk up the hill and it's only a 10 minute bus trip to the main skiing area. We ate out a lot and when we fancied staying in to cook, there were two shops situated centrally to get our groceries. Thoroughly enjoyable holiday! Thank you Olivia!

Un Chalet juste PAR-FAIT ! Rien ne manque, tout y est : une Ambiance chaleureuse avec le souci du dĂ©tail et des petites attentions : - vous pouvez commander le panier petit-dĂ©jeuner qui vous attend Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, - toutes les infos sont Ă  votre disposition, - des rĂ©ductions pour la location des skis Ă  qqs mĂštres du Chalet du PrĂ© (ils sont adorables et trĂšs pros)... - une machine Nespresso (prĂ©voyez vos capsules), l'appareil Ă  Raclette et celui Ă  Fondue y sont mĂȘme prĂ©vus, pour vous assurer de superbes soirĂ©es en Famille ou entre Amis ! le Chalet est trĂšs propre et trĂšs fonctionnel. La "Ski Room" dispose d'un chauffe-chaussures : On aurait presque hĂąte de mettre ses chaussures de Ski le matin ! Quant au Sauna, un Bonheur aprĂšs une journee sportive. Chalet parfait pour ĂȘtre en famille

Tout était parfait : de l'acceuil à la sortie. Une clé ne fonctionnait plus et hop deux heures aprÚs nous en avions une autre. Je recommande vivement la raclettre ainsi que le petit déjeuner (produits frais et bons). La cheminée est un petit plus aprÚs une journée de ski - le balcon principal est grand et orienté plein ouest. La station est familiale et calme.

Fantastic chalet in authentic Valmorel

We had a great stay at the Coeur flat of the Chalet du Pre. What scenery. Located in the old village at the bottom the slopes in the picturesque French Alpes village of Valmorel with great view of the mountains. The village of Valmorel is mostly unspoiled with lovely old converted barns and low-rise buildings. This is authentic as well as Chalet du Pre. Perfect for families with Children. The chalet is super well equipped. You can even make your own fondue on site . Great local farmers that sale the most amazing local produces such as fresh milk, cheese and local dry meat. The Chalet is tastfully decorated with a nice home feel to it. Beautiful views of the mountain and cosy fireplace.
