Our apartment is located near the center of Hohegeiß in the Harz Mountains. We have created a comfortable and high-quality apartment here. We have furnished our apartment with great attention to detail. Our apartment, which was completely renovated and redesigned in spring 2014, is spacious. Ideal for a vacation with 2 to 4 people. Only a few steps from the center of Hohegeiß and yet it is absolutely quiet, with a view of the Harz mountains.
Hiking trails, the spa park, forest, cross-country trails, ski and toboggan lifts are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. , Braunlage with its skiing and hiking area on Wurmberg is about a 12-minute drive away. A modern snowmaking system was inaugurated in Braunlage in winter 2013/2014 and thus has the most modern ski area in northern Germany. The snow-making system ensures that skiing fun is not neglected, even when there is little snow. Braunlage also has the steepest (60%) downhill slope north of the Alps. Thanks to its altitude, it is also one of the snow-reliable places in the Harz.
But mountain bikers and hikers can also enjoy themselves in almost every season.
In summer, heated forest swimming pools in Hohegeiß and in the surrounding area invite you to swim in the small water rates. Indoor pools in Benneckenstein and Braunlage can cheer up rainy days.

FeWo sehr schön für 2 Personen

Die FeWo ist sehr schön, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Etwas störend waren die Nachbarn nebenan rechts und links. Sehr hellhörig. Auf dem Flur roch es oft nach Zigaretten was bis in den Flur der Wohnung zog. Aber sonst eine sehr schöne FeWo. Achtung vor der Vermieterin der anderen FeWo, sie redet schlecht über die FeWo Hexenzauber und Hexentanz. Wahrscheinlich um selbst mehr Mieter zu bekommen. Etwas störend waren die Nachbarn in den FeWos

Absolute Empfehlung auch für Familien

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, absolut sauber und bei der Austattung bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist ruhig und Restaurants für Abendessen und Frühstück sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Für Fans der Harzer Wandernadel gibt es mehrere Stempelstellen, die innerhalb einer Tageswanderung direkt von der Wohnung aus erreichbar sind. Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Kleine, schöne, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr entgegenkommend, wenn man wegen einer Autppanne nicht rechtzeitig abreisenkann. Großes Lob auch an den Verwalter Herrn Witt, welcher sehr freundlich ist und sich um alles kümmert. Bestimmt weit mehr als er vertraglich muss. Diese Wohnung kann man nur empfehlen, ohne Einschränkungen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Hohegeiß rundum genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet.Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und haben damit den Harz erobert. Danke, dass wir unsere Räder im Keller unterstellen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle schnuckelig liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir als "Kieler Fischköppe" haben uns in dieser schnuckelig eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sie ist komplett eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und auch sehr modern, im Gegensatz zu anderen Wohnungen, eingerichtet. Klasse ist auch der Ausblick auf den Harz. Die Wohnung ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Touren im Harz: Sommerrodelbahn in Sankt Andreasberg, Schloss Wernigerode mit einer tollen Innenstadt und Fachwerkgebäuden, das Stammhaus von schierker. Feuerstein in Schierke. Fasziniert hat uns auch das Kloster Walkenried, indem man viel vom Leben der Mönche gelernt hat. Sehr positiv möchten wir noch den Verwalter des Hauses, erwähnen, der uns mit seiner netten und freundlichen Art den Beginn unseres Harzurlaubes sehr erfreut hat. Fazit: liebe Frau Dieckmann, wir haben uns bei ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt und haben ihre Wohnung für weitere Harzurlaube vorgemerkt.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist genauso wie beschrieben und man findet alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Einzig bei Bettwäsche und Handtüchern sollte man darauf achten, sie entweder selbst mitzubringen oder rechtzeitig hinzu zu buchen. Allerdings hilft der freundliche Verwalter (Herr Witt, herzlichen Dank noch mal!!!) auch dann unkompliziert weiter, falls man es vergessen hat. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße und die Lage bietet viele Möglichkeit für Ausflüge. Die Gastronomie (Sonneneck-Alm, Landhaus Brockenblick sowie Landhaus Wolfgang) können wir sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sauber und man hat ausser der Bettwäsche und Handtücher alles.

Schöne Wohnung gepflegt und sauber nur etwas sparsam (soll heißen: es gibt 1 "Begrüßungsspülmaschinentab" und 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier) für einen längeren Aufenthalt bitte entsprechenden Vorrat mitnehmen, auch Bettwäsche extra mitbuchen, ich fand leider keinen Hinweis darauf, aber dank dem freundlichen Herrn Witt konnte dieses Problem unkompliziert gelöst werden. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, ruhige Lage, die Gastronomie in der Nähe ist auch zu empfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen

Die schöne Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestatten. Wir haben nichts vermisst und unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Kommunikation und Wohnungsübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wer sich entspannen möchte und einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen sucht, ist hier gut beraten. Der Ort an sich hat nicht viel zu bieten.
