Desirable and spacious 2 bed, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo, with 2 lanais and private office space in beautiful Heritage Palm 36 hole golf and country club. A gated community including tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, bocce ball, many pools, a massage therapist, restaurants, and spectacular views. In order to have full access to the community, the membership must be transferred to the guest. The fee is $400. And the guest fee to play golf is $65. The condo offers a large open floor plan looking out to water. Enjoy entertaining at the large dining table. The inviting living room flows into the front lanai overlooking the golf course and water. Wake up to the gorgeous sun rise from the master suite. Enjoy the spacious bathtub, king bed, and 2 walk-in closets. The 2nd lanai offers a quite space for drinks, reading, or entertainment. The unit also has separate private office space. Within 20 minutes of the airport, Ft. Myers Beach, downtown Ft. Myers and Cape Coral.
