Great place but mid stay had to move to different unit

Booking for 14 days in 2 bedroom villa. At checkin informed we would have to move mid stay to different unit. Wouldn't have been a problem but had to check out of 1st unit at 10am but they let us stay to 11am (but no later) and couldnt checkin to 2nd unit until 4pm, but they had it ready at 3pm but had to stand in long line to re check in till 4pm. So we were kicked out of our accommodations mid-stay for 5 hours. Probably wouldnt have stayed there if had known this ahead of time. Other than getting kicked out of our villa for 5 hours one day, was a great place.

Ko Olina Marriot

Incredible beach resort with everything you need at your fingertips. If you ever plan on visiting Oahu, Hawaii with your family, you must stay here m. The gorgeous beach and it’s gentle waves, the comfortable living quarters with its breathtaking ocean views made our vacations memorable to our family. The service was great and the entire property was impeccably clean and safe. Thank you it was an amazing stay!

Ko Olina Marriott. On Oahu

The property is very nice with great amenities. We used the pool, hot tubes and beaches. The room was “as advertised”, very nice, clean and very comfortable. We cooked meals and enjoyed wine on the balcony watching sunsets. I would definitely stay again.
