About this property

Hemlock Lake House

This is a wonderful, spacious family vacation getaway house, right on beautiful, spring-fed Hemlock Lake! Between Coldwater and Hillsdale, the house was custom built with 3,000 plus sq. footage, granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, sturdy dining table that seats 12, large kitchen island with seating, wrap-around outdoor deck with table, chairs and gas grill, massive stone fireplace, and full finished basement with pool table, kitchenette, full bathroom, and queen bed sleeping area.

There is a spectacular view of the lake from master bedroom suite and from most of the house, with comfortable beds, large bathrooms, and a separate laundry room. Guests may use the board games, kayaks, row boat, canoe and stand-up-paddleboards that come with the house. Enjoy an outdoor fire in our newly renovated fire pit area.

This would also be a nice spot for a business, church, or large family retreat. It is a quiet and relaxing home, with many opportunities for water sports and other local activities.

Guests must provide their own linens: bed, bath, beach, and kitchen.

This property is better than I imagined and my family could not have enjoyed it more. The house and the view are beautiful and with all the outside amenities it was pure Hemlock Lake fun. The Minehart’s are excellent hosts and truly went above and beyond for us. It was a pleasure to stay for the week and my family and I would highly recommend amazing home!

We enjoyed this property quite a bit. It was clean, spacious enough for a large amount of guests, owners were friendly, beautiful views of the lake, etc. This property does not come with linens which was new to everyone in my group, which ended up working out without issue.

Family vacay at Hemlock Lake

Beautiful property. Easy to get to. Plenty of space for our group of 9 with a few people coming and going over the course of the week. Lots of family time. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and just relaxing on the porch. Very quiet and peaceful place.

Beautiful Lake House

The place was beautiful and lake was very nice. Had a blast with the lake toys. Our family enjoyed golfing nearby, swimming, fishing and even putt putt , go-carting and laser tag in Coldwater. Thanks for a wonderful 4 days.

Nice lake house

My group really enjoyed the opportunity to stay for a week at this house. It was great that there were 4 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms along with kayaks to use on the lake. Second time we rented and were not disappointed. Sitting on the deck, playing pool, or just floating in the lake was enjoyed by all.

Wonderful views!

We had a wonderful time at this lake house. The views of the lake are amazing. The house is a great size with a good layout for families. The kids had such a good time watching the boats and skiers, and swimming off the dock. Will absolutely return. Owners are kind and considerate, very easy to work with.

Beautiful Lake Get Away

A beautiful property with a stunning view of Hemlock Lake. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable in this spacious house. It is located in a quiet neighborhood so very little traffic noise. It was a wonderful experience for all of us.
