Bien, mais ...

Le propriétaire de cet appartement dispose d'un bel espace, lumineux, très bien situé. Mais il devrait faire quelques efforts :- changer le canapé clic-clac, carrément honteux, vieux, déchiré, recouvert d'un plaid sale et déchiré lui aussi.- mettre à jour la liste de l'état des lieux et du matériel (il manque les rideaux, une alèse et d'autres bricoles...)- installer le WIFI- prévoir un minimum pour accueillir dignement ses locataires : un rouleau de papier WC, quelques produits ménagers, un balai-pont en état correct ...Nous avons apprécié le lave-linge et le lave-vaisselle (prévoir la dose de sel ...) ainsi que le parking et, bien sûr, la piscine, très agréable.
