Beautiful Condo

The condo is in a beautiful, quiet area of Treasure Island and within walking distance to the beach. Kyle was extremely responsive and the check in process was seamless. I could not have picked a better place to stay and will be returning in the future.

A piece of paradise

We just enjoyed a fabulous month in this beautiful condo. It was clean, quiet, and was fully equipped with everything that we could possibly need. We loved sitting on the patio looking at the beautiful view, watching the boats pass by and the dolphins and of course, the sunsets. Our Yorkie loved walking in the neighbourhood and we met many friendly local people. The condo is very close to the beach and the grocery store. Kyle was so easy to work with and ensured that we had a great stay. Thank you, Kyle, for letting us stay in your beautiful piece of paradise on Treasure Island. We highly recommend this condo. Gorgeous Condo on the Waterway

I was so impressed with this condo. It is definitely upscale with a great view. The bedroom is so roomy and the closet is almost a walk-in. Lots of drawer space too. The kitchen was very nice - all updated appliances, granite countertops and cabinets with all the necessities! Coffee was provided and a couple of other goodies to get me through until I could get to the store. As you walk out the sliding glass doors to the pool (no stairs) the view is a beautiful waterway lined with gorgeous boats and nice homes. I saw people paddle boarding and kayaking, The living room has a very comfy leather couch with a big screen TV and great sound system! This place is a class act, and to boot the neighbors were really nice! The location is close to everything, all you’ll need is a quick Uber to a restaurant or the ocean. I will definitely be coming back here for sure!

Great Experience

My husband and I stayed for a month, with our small dog. The condo was perfect and exactly as pictured on VRBO. Quiet, fully supplied with everything necessary for a long term stay. Kyle was great about responding to questions. Location was convenient to beach and beach chairs were provided. Great neighborhood for walking the dog. Publix supermarket was only 1 mile away. We hope to stay again in the future.
