♡ Enjoy 4 Seasons Nature in our beautiful house. We are coupe minutes walk to our Lake Community Beach, Community Pool, Kids Playground area, Volleyball Court, Tennis court and Fishing areas. It is also a several minutes drive to Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski Slopes, Golf, Waterparks, State Park, Pocono Raceway and many other Poconos adventures and attractions as well as area restaurants, bars and wineries.

Bullet-points from the Rental Agreement:
➠ Early Check-In or Late Check-Out, subjected to availability. Must be confirmed.
➠ Pets must be confirmed before the check-in. Each pet fee is $199 per stay.
➠ Fire-pit, any open fire is temporarily not permitted by the Township.
➠ Maximum 5 cars allowed.
➠ Community registration required, ideally 5 days prior the Check-In.
➠ Community Pool & Lake. From Memorial Day weekend until Father's Day weekend, the pool and lake are only available on weekends. A maximum limit of 8 Beach and Pool Passes as part of the package. Children under the age of 6 are not required to have a Pass.
