Our Place is located in the privet, secured and safe Community "Towamensing Trails".
The House is located coupe minutes from our Lake Community Beach, Community Pool, Paddle Boats Rental Place, Kids Playground Area, Volleyball Court, Tennis Court and Fishing Areas. It is also just several minutes drive to Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski Slopes, Golf, Waterparks, State Park, Pocono Raceway and many other Poconos adventures and attractions as well as area restaurants, bars and wineries.

Bullet-points from the Rental Agreement:
➠ Early Check-In or Late Check-Out, subjected to availability. Must be confirmed.
➠ Pets must be confirmed before the check-in. Each pet fee is $199 per stay. Maximum 2 pets allowed.
➠ Maximum of 5 cars allowed.
➠ Community registration required, ideally 3 business days prior the Check-In.
➠ Community Pool & Lake. From Memorial Day weekend until Father's Day weekend, the pool and lake are only available on weekends. A maximum limit of 8 Beach and Pool Passes as part of the package. Children under the age of 6 are not required to have a Pass.
➠ BBQ Grill propane is provided.
➠ Fire-pit, any open fire is temporarily not permitted for renters by the Township.
➠ 24/7 Outside Security Cameras and Community Security Service monitoring all around the property and inside the house in the utility/laundry room.

Beautiful house /very comfortable stay!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend with our children and grandchildren. The house was very clean and well equipped. There is a lot to do in the house.! Kids love watching the deer from the window! Owner was very quick to respond with questions Would definitely rent this house again!!

Relaxing stay in the Poconos

We had such a fun and relaxing stay! We definitely made use of the hot tub, sauna, pool table, shuffleboard and theater room. There was so much to keep everyone occupied. We definitely left relaxed and refreshed. We will definitely consider staying here again!
