We spent a very enjoyable week at this cottage in Lavallette. The location was perfect for us and the access to the private beach (for an additional fee) was really nice. The indoor spaces are nice and were very clean. There was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and the back patio space was a nice bonus spot to hang out in (the outdoor shower was a nice feature).Only recommendation is to add the requirement that you bring your own sheets and towels to the listing. It wouldn’t have changed our decision to book the property and was a little annoying to scramble and pick up twin sheets a day before we travelled. Again, not a huge deal but easily solved if noted in listing.Overall, a terrific stay and a terrific owner.

Beautiful Lavalette Shore Home

This home is completely updated. Just a short walk to the beach, bay, restaurants, shops, and every ice cream place around. The guards on the private beach are like old friends and treat everyone like family. Can’t wait to return.
