Stayed in the camper. Loved the secluded feel of it. Lots of trails to hike too. Look forward to revisiting and staying in a primitive cabin next time. Excellent hosts. Quick response to any issues very informative Ian’s super friendly
This place has a lot to offer guests seeking a nice getaway vacation for short or longer periods. My son and I had a blast. Management were awesome, very welcoming and highly responsive, definitely added great value to our stay.
Different ponds to enjoy swimming and fishing, outdoor activities, we also rented a UTV for exploring the large property and it was awesome.
I highly recommend this place.
Peaceful and refreshing stay, could be as active or laid back as you desire. Ample fishing (bass, catfish and perch) and hiking opportunities. Very well thought out site with excellent privacy and access to the water with boat ramp within 80 yards of my site. Jim was a wonderful host who met me at my site within minutes of my arrival and provided a driving tour of the property with excellent suggestions given my interests.
Seeing the other sites on the ranch was ideal for me for future visits with family and friends. Will definitely return!
I have always wanted an RV. This was a great way to try one out. Best of all, I didn't have to haul it or set it up and the campsite was phenomenal! This RV is set up at a retreat center, so there is plenty to do if wanted. I was looking more for time in nature, a campfire and beautiful views and I found it!
As a female traveling by myself I felt completely at ease. Also there was a thunderstorm one of the nights and I felt very safe in the RV.
Jim was the perfect host. He took us around the property which was very helpful and we enjoyed hearing about how he built the place. The trailer was ok but it could have been cleaner (bugs on the floor and in the shower and food in the mjcrowave)and a little better equipped (more towels would have been nice and need something to wash dishes with). I will say we are what I would consider as amateur campers! But we had fun. A lot of fun. We hope to go back at some point and stay in one of the other places on the property. Oh, and we never did get internet working so we didn't have any internet or cell coverage at the campsite. We survived though. Lol. Fishing was a lot of fun too. Love the various docks to fish from.

Liz, thank you so much for pointing out that our dish towels were missing… and we forgot to check out and clean the food in the microwave so the ants came marching… sorry about that. The wifi is a puzzler with the booster above the shelter… we’re getting it checked out… we look forward to your return stay at one of our cabins…
This was our first real vacation as a couple. We had an amazing time at Marluc Bella Vita Ranch. JIm and staff was great host to us. We will be back soon.
Really was all that was advertised. The owner, Jim stayed on site for our arrival at 4:30 on July 3rd, just to give us a personal tour of the property. We will DEFINITELY plan another outing here. Thanks Jim!

Why they chose this property
Marluc Bella Vita Ranch was built in 2016 and 2017 to serve families, corporations, Kids sports teams, and non-profit organizations with the goal of facilitating wildlife and nature educatIon as well as athletic opportunities.
What makes this property unique
The ranch holds a wildlife property exemption through the state and county and the heavily wooded portion surrounds a new 4 acre lake with 10 miles of all-weather trails around the lake and the upper meadow where wildlife can be viewed from several deer stands. In addition to deer, dove, wild turkey and varmits such as coyote, bobcat, raccoon, skunk and armadillo there are numerous varieties of birds and fowl and we are constantly placing new covey's of quail on the property. An outdoor basketball court, sand volleyball court, sports field and field house with picnic area are available for bookings as well as a gun range (to guests booking the entire ranch facilities including the sports field, campgrounds and cabins.. A new one acre Crappie pond was added below the lake in October of 2020.
