The unit ( 1,200 squares feet) has 3 bedrooms, 2 complete baths, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 flat TV in a relaxing family room and one in the master bedroom.
One car garage and plenty of guests parking spaces on the street and the promises.
From the spacious balcony (the condominium is on top of the garage with 12 stairs to reach the front door) you will enjoy the beauty of the sunrise as soon as you wake up.
Casa de Oro has spectacular landscaping , beautiful trees and palms, desert plants, two pools, two jacuzzis, two tennis courts, one pickleball court, one practice tennis wall.
Front Porch has table and chairs, and barbecue.
Walking distances to fabulous outdoors restaurants, 20 minutes walking to downtown Palm Springs.
From the condo, you will enjoy many hiking trails, and only 30 minutes driving to unique Joshua Park.

The apartment was incredible, beyond our expectations

I stayed with a coworker for two months. We were looking to work remotely away from the craziness of NYC. We can't begin to write how happy we were with our decision. The apartment was perfectly clean and even bigger than what it looks in the pictures. Two pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts... It has everything you need to have fun, relax and go back home with brand new energy. Plus it's super close to downtown. Jocelyne and her husband, Pierre were the best hosts we could ask for. Always attentive, responsive, and always available to give you the best suggestions on Palm Springs. Really nice couple. I would recommend this to 200%. We'll certainly be back.

Why they chose this property

This property has everything you need if you wish to spend one or many months in the beautiful and sunny Casa de Oro. You will feel as you are in your own place. Nothing is missing. all is in order. Extremely quiet (its not a place for noisy parties, since the property allows no more than 4 guests) and joyful . The landscape is so well kept and charming (palm trees, desert trees, many and different plants and flowers) then walking around the complex will give you a feeling of peace and tranquility. Dont hesitate and come to enjoy my quaint condo in paradise Casa de Oro
