Great rental

Enjoyed our stay. Ownervwas responsive to our requests. TV is casita didn’t work but that didn't worry us. Good location if you are wanting to be close to downtown and the airport

Great Relaxing Get-Away

What can I say. The stay surpassed my high expectations on many levels! The property was located conveniently to downtown Palm Springs with its abundance of boutique shops, eclectic restaurants, and diverse nightlife. The home was thoughtfully, stylishly furnished and definitely was kept very clean. The owner clearly paid attention to detail by anticipating the needs of guests (fully stocked cleaning supplies, cooking ingredients and abundant house supplies) and always responded to any queries in a timely manner. Loved the “smart home” benefits of SONOS and scheduled lighting. But most of all I liked the feeling of being at my own private resort. Relaxing in the raised, heated spa became a special daily ritual for me. On hot days I loved to float in the pool while listening to music. Friends that stopped over even played a competitive round of shuffleboard. Most days steaks, burgers, chicken etc were prepared on the outside grill. On occasion, I slept poolside in the free-standing Casita where I would fall asleep to the dim pool lights and gentle sound of the waterfall. I highly recommend this property,

Modern, stylish and welcoming

I needed a great place to stay for a combination business and leisure trip. I've stayed in Palm Springs before, but most places lack something, Not this place. The furnishings are new, the place is quiet and bright, the pool is relaxing, and the location can't be beat. Its a 5 minute drive into town, but even the walk was quick when I didn't want to drive. Scott was an excellent host, making sure I had what I needed to enjoy my stay. The bedrooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are too. I love how new this place is. I'm sure I wasn't the first person to enjoy this place, but it felt like I was! Bonus points for the pool, the hot tub, and the view of the mountains.

The perfect retreat!

Needing a break from the city, we "camped" out in this beautiful home and were renewed. A great location to downtown and Joshua Tree, amazing views of the mountains at any time of day, and, most importantly, a beautifully appointed home. The backyard pool and spa for evening cocktails (and shuffleboard court) completed the picture.

Stunning home surpassed only by the stunning views!

This brand new home (squeaky clean) was a godsend for me and my family. Spacious, well-located, and spread out, we were able to relax with plenty of space. Having both the Casita and office meant we could work comfortably and remotely without any interruptions. Already planning a Spring return.
