Très mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée: immeuble en travaux

Nous avons réservé cet appartement en Août pour un séjour en septembre. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la façade de l'appartement était en rénovation. Nous avons du supporter toutes les nuisances liées à ces travaux (bruits de marteaux piqueurs, saletés, ouvriers devant la fenêtre de la salle à manger...). Nous n'avions en aucun cas été prévenus ou informés de cette situation; Lorsque nous en avons fait part à la propriétaire qui était forcément de ces travaux, sa réaction a été très agressive envers nous. Elle n'a en aucun cas reconnu qu'elle était en tort. Je constate ce jour que les termes de l'annonce ont été modifiés entre temps sur Abritel et que la rénovation est maintenant indiquée dans l'annonce. Autre commentaire: dans l'annonce d'origine il était écrit que la piscine était chauffée, ce qui n'était pas le cas. La nouvelle annonce ne fait plus mention d'une piscine chauffée mais seulement d'une piscine. Sinon l'appartement est spacieux et nous avons fait de belles visites.
