Cocoonr agency offers this Breton house with slate roof close to the sea for rent. This 64m² house with garden is located 50 metres from Banastère beach on the Rhuys peninsula. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

On the ground floor, the house comprises a spacious living room with lounge, dining area, open-plan fitted kitchen, separate toilet and spacious cupboards. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms (one with flexible sleeping arrangements, a double bed or two single beds, depending on your needs), a functional shower room and a landing with office space.

The accommodation comprises
- A 39 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 single beds. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- A beautiful 150 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

Activities :
Le Penty's location guarantees peace and quiet and a return to nature, just a short walk from the beach. You can even join the customs trail (GR34) from the house. It's an ideal base for exploring our cultural heritage: between the impressive Château de Suscinio and Vannes, a city of art and history.

The house is ideally located in Sarzeau, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as the market, boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

PENTY "Beaucoup de confort au Penty et la mer est à 50 m ! 🙂 Séjour agréable, au calme, dans un logement présentant beaucoup de confort par rapport à des hébergements équivalents. La mer est à 50 m et il y a de belles randonnées à démarrer à partir du Penty (vers le Tour du Parc ou vers Penvins) Le chauffage est efficace. Le petit jardin est à l'abri des regards. L'électroménager est récent et en très bon état. Les deux chambres sont de bonne taille. La salle de douche est nickel. Il y a deux WCs dont un séparé. 🙁 Des petites choses à améliorer: - installer un micro ondes en plus des plaques et du four car les commerces ne sont pas à proximité à pied (seule exception: les Viviers de Banastère) - mettre à disposition plus de bols (3 est insuffisant) - remplacer le couteau à huîtres - en plus du ménage classique, penser à faire contrôler l'état du matériel (brosse aspirateur, filtre lave vaisselle, etc...)"

PENTY "Penty de rêve au calme ! 🙂 Le penty correspondait parfaitement à la description et nous nous y sommes tt de suite senti bien. Les pièces sont grandes, lumineuses et la déco est soignée. Le linge de maison fourni est de bonne qualité. Des produits alimentaires de dépannage sont fournis et c'est vraiment appréciable (dosettes café, sucre, huile, sel...) A l'extérieur, dans un petit jardin tranquille nous avions une petite table et 4 chaises, un parasol et 2 transats. Nous sommes restés 15 jours début juillet et c'était vraiment calme tout en étant à 2 pas d'une petite plage. 🙁 Nous aurions aimé un petit meuble dans la cuisine pour ranger les provisions car pas de place dans ceux existants. Le micro-ondes nous a manqué un peu, c'est rare de ne pas en trouver ainsi qu'un congélateur pour les glaçons ! Peut-être un peu plus de vaisselle car lorsque nous étions 4 nous étions obligés de faire tourner le lave-vaisselle souvent par manque d'assiettes notamment (seulement 6 assiettes plates)"
