A Penty characterizes a Breton house with a slate roof and close to the sea. Our Penty with a surface 64m² tick all the boxes, it is an elegant house with garden on the Presqu'île de Rhuys 50 meters from the beach of Banastère can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

The house is composed, on the ground floor of a spacious living room with living area, dining room, an open equiped kitchen, independent toilets and spacious closets add a touch of comfort. Access to the garden is from the kitchen. On the floor discover 2 bedrooms (one with modular bed, two single beds which can become a double bed, according to your needs), a functional bathroom and a pallier with office space.

The accommodation includes :

- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190) and 2 single beds. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* quality hotel linen is provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

The house is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy close to all the essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...
