All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, coffee makers, toaster and blender.

Kitchen:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. For health and safety reasons, we do not provide any food products, spices, oil, sprays, and things of this nature.

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.

Other Items:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and body soap. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4p.m. local time, and check out is 10a.m.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE HOST TO GET A KEY?

The property has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

A departure clean is included for all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee. Please inquire and let the Host know at least 72-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, other guests during their stay, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

It’s a city wide strict rule, strongly enforced, no outdoor music and quiet hours after 9pm. Music can be played indoors with the doors and windows closed and sound contained inside.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $250 per stay.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

➣ We want for you and all your guests to enjoy everything the home has to offer, inside and out, but respectfully ask that no music is played outdoors in order to not disrupt our neighbors.

➣ Fireplaces - for your safety and the city license, fireplaces are for decoration only.

➣ Pool heat is added upon request at an additional charge. Please inquire and let the Host know at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

➣ We can accommodate your family and large groups up to possibly 20 people! Just ask. Extra fees may apply for groups and/or families over 12 people. Please inquire.
