This early 1900's second floor apartment is walking distance from Saint Louis Science center & southeast forest park!. BJC hospital is across the street. Just a short 9 minutes drive to get to downtown St.Louis. It has a dedicated private parking as well as ample street parking. This apartment was rehabbed with a modern furnishing. It is located on a quiet street, yet it is a walking distance to the hustle and bustle of the central west-end and grove restaurants and bars. It is located next to a community garden where you can enjoy a seasonal crop. Saint Louis science center is only 10 minute walk and forest park is 15 minute walk. Entire Apartment I will be available via text or phone call when needed. Walking distance to Saint Louis Science center & forest park. 1 block from BJ hospital. There is a bus stop outside the wise street. There is ample of on-street as well as designated spot for off-street parking.

Having extensive experience with trim manufacturing and installation (50 years) replacing the very damaged original trim with new trim that matches the original would not be that expensive, and would greatly enhance the experience of staying in a dwelling of its age.

Super disappointing to walk in to dirty apt. I cleaned the apt and asked for clean linens to be provided. Told no refund or discount. Owner difficult. Do not recommend.

Quiet, easy interstate access

This is a clean, quiet place. Dog friendly but no enclosed yard, though there is a nice park 2 blocks away. It is not on a thru street so there is almost no traffic and very close to the Interstate. I would stay here again.

Well done!

The unit is exactly as advertised. The owner/management was very proactive to my needs. Great parking and easy access to the downtown, universities and the Grove. Lots of food choices within a 10-min walk. Saw a Blues and Cardinals game...I would stay there again.
