It is one of four beautiful apartments in our beach villa in California. You decide whether you prefer an apartment with a balcony or terrace.
The apartments are bright and have an optimal south-west position. Each of the apartments has been furnished with great attention to detail so that our guests can spend their Baltic Sea vacation comfortably and comfortably.
Each of our apartments offers a bedroom with a double bed, a hallway, a bathroom and a living room with an integrated built-in kitchen and a corner sofa as an additional sleeping option.

The open living and dining area with modern kitchen invites you to linger. In the living room there is a corner sofa (approx. 130x200cm), which provides additional sleeping space if required.

Electrical appliances included: 42 inch HDTV LCD television, CD stereo system with iPod station, Blu-Ray DVD player and free internet via WLAN.

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and hand mixer.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm) with a high quality 7 zone cold foam mattress, two bedside tables and a wardrobe (approx. 150 x 200 cm).

The living room in apartment 1 not only convinces the younger generation. The successful mix of white high-gloss furniture, decoration and accessories in turquoise create a cozy atmosphere.



GARDEN
On our 3500 m² property you will find idyllic fruit trees, a practical garden house with garden furniture, a bicycle shed and parking spaces for cars.
Here you can enjoy the autumn, winter and spring sun protected from the wind when you come home from your bike or a walk on the beach.

The Baltic Sea California is the most popular place of the community Schönberg.
With its long sandy beach, it offers a wonderful vacation for the whole family.
Not only the long stretches along the beaches, but also the varied ones
Landscape, forests and fields invite you to bike tours.
On the long beach, our vacationers can enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea.

Schönberger Strand and surroundings offer many cultural events such as;
Pier Festival, classical concerts, jazz concerts, fishing festival, kite festival, film night etc.
Numerous sports such as cycling, horse riding, sailing, tennis, water skiing are offered.

You can ride a bike to Laboe directly on the dike (approx. 14 km.)
Laboe is located at the apex between Kiel Fjord and the open sea.
Visit the submarine, the indoor seawater pool with sauna area and the marine biology station. the heart of Laboe is the yacht and fishing port as well as the modern marina.
Here you can also see the dream ships to Kiel up close and see them running.

Our beach villa is centrally located, about 100 meters away you will find: bakery, grocery, restaurants, ice cream shop, mini golf course, surf school and boat rental company etc.
There are larger shops in Schönberg, just 3 kilometers away, where you can find all the usual supermarkets.

There is also a Baltic Sea Cart with which you can get many discounts for activities
