CAP D'AGDE. BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW. WIFI/FIBER OPTIC. Exceptional waterfront location in Cap d'Agde (Les Falaises area). "Les Falaises" residence. Secure, numbered private parking. Coves 90 m away, La Conque Beach 230 m away, Le Môle Beach 330 m away, shops within walking distance, harbour centre 600 m away. Sleeps 4: bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a 140-cm sofa bed in the living room. 2nd floor, no lift. Washing machine, 110cm TV, electric roller shutters. Heated apartment.
Since I do not live on-site, depending on my schedule and your needs, we’ll need to agree on an arrival time as soon as possible (if this hasn’t already been done) between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM (at the latest), confirm your arrival time with me the day before, and again on the day of arrival, at least 2 hours in advance. This is so that I can organise my appointments and prepare your apartment.

As a reminder, BED LINENS and BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED (available as an OPTION: 25 euros for 1 or 2 people and 10 euros per additional person or bed).
If you do not choose this option, you must bring the following (depending on the number of people):
-Duvet cover
-Fitted sheet
-Pillowcase
-Bath towel

Magnifique séjour

Comment décrire un séjour inoubliable. Tout a commencé par accueil chaleureux avec des explications simples. L'appartement est très propre,très bien situé pour des balades romantiques. Ce séjour restera gravé dans nos mémoires a ma chérie et moi. Au pied de la résidence, vous avez une très bonne pizzeria, et de super restaurants pas loin. Pour une escapade amoureuse, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, de plus dans le salon, il y a la place pour deux personnes supplémentaires. L'appartement a une belle vue sur la mer et a une belle terrasse. Merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour que nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier.
