This has to be the cleanest and best furnished house we have stayed in. Having so many extras available makes this house perfect. We were so blessed to have Tammy as our hostess. Whenever my spouse became ill and taken by ambulance to the ER on the morning we were checking out, Tammy was quite understanding. She worked with me through a very stressful situation. I have to say Tammy went above and beyond as a hostess and I will recommend her properties to all.

A very charming little house!! Perfect for a couple with or without small children. VERY clean and well stocked to cook meals. I loved the front porch where I spent my mornings having tea and evenings having dinner! I hope to get back to Chattanooga again and will definitely stay there again!!! I was sad to leave….

Nice place, very clean and just like the pictures. The Parking was as explained but parking on a one way hilly street was a little unnerving for this old country boy. But the whole town was bigger, hillier, and more people than I am use too. The people we metincluding Tammy were very nice and helpful, No horn blowing when I didn't know which way to turn, or helpful when we asked for directions. There is lots to see and lots of nature to enjoy.

This property exceeded my expectations. It was a real treat to get to meet Tammy; who lives across the street. Be sure to meet her and tour the garden in her backyard. The property was very cozy and perfect for what we we’re looking for.

Better than any hotel extended stay with a new kitchen that is fully functional for meal preparation. Beautifully decorated. New bathroom, and laundry facilities made this home away from home. Totally dog friendly, too!

Adorable little house! Well decorated and very comfortable. We would have liked it to be walking distance to downtown Chattanooga. The location was not the best; run down area. The neighborhood is trying to work their way up, but not there yet. The host was great, came over and introduced herself as soon as we arrived.
