Very nice for a weekend getaway!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway on a budget for my small family. The private beach access was wonderful and the kids loved the pool! Room is definitely older but very clean and well maintained. With family in the area we will definitely be back!

Great weekend on the shore

We had a smooth check in and great communication from Frank. The facility itself was nice and the rental unit was perfect for us. Two adults and one teen. The kitchen area was useful and clean. Especially the bathroom was spotless! The towels are a little worn and the baseboards are dusty but that’s just splitting hairs. We would like to return. A very good value.

Late March Stay

The space was the right size for the two of us. The kitchen was small but adequate for breakfast and lunch. Additional pots and pans would be helpful and a new can opener is needed. We were on the second floor and the broken elevator was a definite problem since we are above age 70 and carrying suitcases and other belongings up the steps was very troublesome.

Great Getaway!

Our family doesn't travel often and when we do travel we don't travel very far. The unknowns of where to park/eat/visit are usually enough to keep us from booking trips, but when we were invited to a wedding that was 9 hours from our home we knew we would likely need to muscle through it. Our friend recommended booking a condo through the VRBO app. We're glad we did! Frank was so helpful with letting us know everything we needed to know up front and answering the few questions we had so quickly that I was surprised at how easy it was to book the trip and be done with the process without a lot of runaround or hassle. Communication was perfectly timed as our trip grew near, and instructions were simple and clear so that when we arrived after driving almost 10 hours it was easy to check in and settle. Frank was very warm, helpful and friendly...and remained so through our stay as we shared updates with him and fun pics of things we had done that he'd recommended. It felt almost like staying with extended family. The room was super clean, comfortable and accommodating with everything we needed and more. The pool area was fun to splash around in, and access to the beach was so easy that we ended up spending more time there than we'd originally planned. We look forward to booking trips here and are excited to have a destination for future travel!

tiny room with no view or balcony

we expected an one-room oceanview balcony for our romantic getaway. This is not that - it is a tiny room, view of other townhomes, no balcony...it is a lock-out for a larger unit. we stayed two minutes and asked for a full refund. We would appreciate your help to get our refund. We were mislead.

Suite 220B - Villa Capriani

Listed as 2 bedroom and 1 bath. With kitchenette. 1 bedroom was supposed to be the living room that had a bathroom in it, and the kitchenette was a closet. Charged extra for linens which was not listed on listing. Also listed as beach front - it wasn't. It was on the north side of the building, but not beach front. Bunk beds in front room had only box springs, no mattress. We had to make our own beds when we arrived.

Villa Capriani is so beautiful

Villa Capriani is the most beautiful Resort! The restaurant is great. We have stayed here 5 times so far. Not in this room but 4 times before. The only thing that needs improvement is the mattress. It was so dirty under the fitted mattress cover. Frank is an excellent host! The nicest man ever. As long as the mattress is cleaned or replaced , this is the place to stay!

Fishing trip with grandsons

I found Frank's place and it checked all the boxes of what my grandsons and I needed for our trip. The facility was clean, and the property well secured. The restaurant on site was good. Frank was really personable, and showed us around the property, which is a good service in short-term rentals. I would return there again.

Frank rules!

I've been renting vacation rentals for 20 plus years. This was the simplest most non-intrusive rental I've had in a while. Frank was super communicative and accommodating. The place is super cool. Simple setup but very clean and a great location. The check in and check out process was pretty much non-existent. Just walk up punching your code on with your awesome adventure. Dan

Unbelievably horrifying experience.

Our choice for a family beach trip turned into a major letdown. The property was a far cry from what we expected. Upon entering, we were met with a tiny room, hardly larger than a public bathroom. Stains and signs of uncleanliness were all over the bedding and room. The bunk bed had no bedding, just hard mattresses. We resorted to using bedding from a storage container. The walls were paper-thin, offering no privacy, and we could hear every sound from our neighbors. Dining was uncomfortable, and the bathroom had mold stains at the bottom of the shower curtains. The provided hand soap was actually dish soap, a far cry from what a hotel should offer. Adding to our disappointment, there was a keypad lock at the entrance, making the idea of losing a key irrelevant. Yet, we received emails demanding exorbitant fees for using the bedding, which was openly stored next to the bed. In conclusion, our review is overwhelmingly negative. We won't return and wouldn't recommend this property. It seems like the property owners are more interested in exploiting guests than providing a pleasant experience, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry.
