It looks nice, but...

The location was nice and had everything we needed (kitchen, towels, etc.). Unfortunately, the neighbors were very loud for several hours every day which, for a listing that emphasizes quiet, was disappointing. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the sheets were very worn and itchy. Basically everything looked lovely, but wasn't very high quality. While the property manager was extremely responsive to messages through VRBO, they also contacted us through a separate third party website requesting personal information including photos of ID and credit cards, which made us very uncomfortable. After some back and forth, they were able to pair down the request and we sent the requested information through VRBO instead of using an outside service. This was without a doubt the most complicated and time consuming interaction I have ever had with a host though. So all in all, it was a good basic accommodation.
