Cream City historical brick building with incredible views of signature landmarks of Walkers Point. Cozily designed space by interior designer to make a romantic getaway or personal solo retreat to concentrate on your higher purpose.

Very safe building and walking distance from foodie restaurants, breweries, jazz clubs, and the famed Iron Horse hotel.

A perfect getaway for you and yours.

Very sunny, cozy and inspiring space to be in. You may not want to leave!
Walk to coffee, boutiques, jazz club, Iron Horse hotel, brewery, food trucks.
5 min ride to Third ward, the Lake, Marquette and Downtown.
Workout center on bottom floor also!

You can use the workout room in the building, on the lowest level. Pictured in photos.

I am available at anytime during your stay and enjoy helping or answering any questions you may have.

The apartment is close to bridal shops, MKE boot company, Soup Brothers, Iron Horse Hotel, a Pattiserre, a cider company, Mobcraft brewery, Caroline’s Jazz Club,
2nd street restaurants and bars , 6th street restaurants and bars, the Harley Davidson Museum, downtown, the Third Ward, Marquette, etc!

This comes with a parking spot which is located on the side of the apartment...just steps from the door.
Lots of paid parking meters around town and also free 2 hour parking.
Or...use an Uber or Lyft.

Gorgeous Space

Amazing loft space, the space had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. My wife was appreciative of the extra amnesties like black makeup wash cloths in the bathroom. Liked the eclectic design of the space and will definitely be back again.

What a Jem!

What a perfect spot! Walking distance to so many fun spots and the decor and layout of the Rental is energizing. Host is super helpful and responsive. Six stars!

The wooden star makes an interesting backdrop for photos. Unfortunately that stained glass water tower isnt as prominent as one would hope.

Beautiful gem in great location

This apartment was perfect for us. We came to enjoy MKE for a week and just wanted a place near a few breweries and close enough to walk to a Bucks game. We got everything we bargained for and more. The place is so inviting the the host is really thoughtful of little things around the home and giving good advice for local hotspots. Can’t say enough, we’re really glad we found this place 😊

Very cool, industrial loft that is straight out of a magazine. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone. And Julie was very easy to communicate with. It’s on our list of must go again.

Lovely city loft

This is a great loft in Walkers Point! The building is very secure and has very friendly inhabitants. The loft itself was very stylish and comfortable. The walls were a bit thin, but the neighbors seemed to take quiet hours very seriously and there was a white noise machine provided. The location was great! Felt very safe and was within easy walking distance to fantastic breweries, bars, and restaurants. The host provided lots of great recommendations and was easily accessible throughout our stay. Great experience in MKE!

Chic and Comfy

We loved our stay here. The location is great - walkable to some eating/drinking places, plus a short drive or Uber to others. The place itself has a roomy feel to it and was very clean. Everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay is provided. Communication with Julie was easy and clear. We loved the view (especially the glass sculpture water tower)! Having an included parking space was a great bonus. Will stay here again!
