About this property

Our Sugar Shack is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 story beachfront condo with direct access to the beach. One bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor. Also, on the first floor, there is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. All bedrooms have their own tv with internet access. We do not have cable service.
Beautiful views of the Emerald Coast from the kitchen or living room as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail watching the sunset. Property is just over the bridge from Rosemary and Aly's Beach.
Location is ideal for the quiet vacation on the West side of Panama City with relaxation on the sugar sand beaches. Access right off the living room to a large deck or to your own path to the beach. Please enjoy the property for what it does offer, an impeccable view and direct access to the beach and beautiful water! Family visit

Very easy access. Clean home and best of all, on the beach and in April, quiet location. For a pet friendly location, the home was well cared for with no evidence of previous pet visits. Gated deck front and back kept our dog safe when out of doors. Definitely would return here.

Location, location, location

Hard to find a better location. Great spot. Beautiful beach. Convenient to everything in PCB. Far enough away from the high rises that it was quiet and just like we wanted it. Will stay again.

Wonderful vacation

We had a fabulous week! It was awesome to be able to sit on the deck and look at the ocean while we ate. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Loved it and can’t wait to come back.
